To turn in Randolf and his crew that we captured, we sailed back to the wormhole where a stronghold of the Transcendent World was located.

On the way, I interrogated him and his crew, finding out more about the worlds they terrorized, the star routes they used to navigate from different worlds or World Zones to another, and the total reach of their pirating activities.

A group like his could be active in different World Zones, after all. Absorbing their information about those places could be beneficial to us in the long run.

With the promise that I would treat his subordinates better and maybe let them go before we reached the stronghold, Randolf willingly handed all of the information he held.

He even told me his origin, his reason for turning to piracy, and his goal.

Scratch the last part. His goal was pretty pointless, anyway. Or simple, rather. He just wanted to wash his name clean.
