"Feng MuLing," XueYa ordered, and the sorcerer stepped out of the shadows of the study where he had been hiding away, waiting for XueYa's orders.

Feng MuLing gave a stiff bow, his eyes lingering over the white fox jade hanging from XueYa's sash, before he straightened his back. 

"Do you know the man named Le Rong?"

Feng MuLing's eyes quivered lightly before he slowly nodded. 

"Is he the one who sent you and Yating over?"

Feng Muling nodded again.

XueYa rested his head on his hand as he thought over the issue. It appeared that he was running out of time, and not many options were given to him at this point.

Thankfully, XueYa didn't cower before the sight of death. A cruel smile formed on his lips as he raised his gaze back on Feng MuLing.

"I need you to write the emperor of Jin a letter."
