"It is true." Birungi sat up and looked around. "It took much practice for me to sleep on the soft mattress. Where is Anna?"

"She went for breakfast," Marilyn said.

"Perhaps she will need help carrying the food." She went out the door.

"You going to be all right?" Tuni sat on the bed and patted the mattress. Marilyn sat beside her.

"Yeah, I'll be all right. I needed to get it out of my system. You being there helped. I can't believe all those people came."

"You've made an impression," Tuni looked up at Marilyn. "It isn't just the singing thing either. You are who you are here."

"That's funny," Marilyn said "Dr. Tripp told me I'd spend my entire life becoming me."

"So, there's hope for me yet."

Marilyn put her arm around Tuni and held her tight.

"I don't know where I'd go," Tuni whispered, "if I needed what you did last night. Who'd hold me together?"

"You'd come to me, and I'd hold you, then Anna would come and Birungi. You're stuck with us now."
