Techniques are 'skills' that players created.
They cannot be learnt by having skill stone or skill books. They have requirements to learn.
There's different kind of techniques: Combat Techniques, Movement Techniques, Alchemy Techniques, Forging Techniques, Cooking Techniques, etc.
For example, a technique called 'Multitasking', you need to have real 'Multitasking' skills to create this technique.
