章 8: preparations are underway.
Nick: "sigh... never mind, So how long will it take to get there?"
Michelle: "ummm... In human days... 2."
Nick: "wow... okay how will we get there?"
Michelle: *her face lights up a little* " In my spaceship... meant for two ;3."
Nick: *Completely goes over his head this one time and one time only.* "Oh alright, what will we be doing on your spaceship?"
Michelle: "Easy, Sleeping in those cryo-pod things like those in them sci-fi movies."
Nick: " 'kay... well today IS the day before the Thanksgiving break begins so I'll go get my stuff packed and I can tell mom I'm going on a trip... *in my favorite pickup truck zooming through the states, Nick's chevy. * she won't mind, we don't really celebrate Thanksgiving anyways."
Michelle: "I thought Thanksgiving was a holiday celebrated by everyone. Is that... incorrect?"
Nick: *sigh* "No you're right, it's just a... family problem of mine."
Michelle: "...Okay. Anymore questions before I go get the ship started?"
Nick: "How about we wait until morning before we go?"
Michelle: "Why?"
Nick: "It's late and we can leave early in the morning. Just how far away is your ship from here?"
Michelle: O_O' "Ummmmm... It's innnn... your *mumbles* backdyfj."
Nick: "What? I couldn't hear you."
Michelle: "it's in your backyard." >_- *expecting to get yelled at.*
Nick: "... That's... good we don't have to walk far at all that's a good thing, nothing to be ashamed of." :^)
Michelle: *gasps excitedly* "I knew it, I just knew it was gonna be youuuuuu." *gives another 'tight' hug.*
Nick: *doesn't struggle* "Umm, hey how's about we hit the hay for an early start tomorrow?"
Michelle: *Squeals* "Yayyyy *chants* "I get to sleep with nick tonight, I get to sleep with nick tonight, I get to sleep with nick tonight." *buries her head into his chest*
Nick: *>X l* "Do what? Huh? Really? What do you mean by that?"
Michelle: *chuckles* "Oh Nick it's exactly what I meant to say *moves closer to his ear and whispers* I get to sleep with Nick tonight. >:)"
