章 317: Preparing The Ballroom.

I am in a positively sanguine mood today. My son is going to finally be married, Kenji is going to be shipped off back home to never be heard from again, and I am still on top. The world truly has become my oyster.

The sparkling sun that found its way through my windows continued to light my estate. I hummed a quiet tune while I walked down the hallways of my home before I found myself in the ballroom where the wedding reception shall be held this evening.

I honestly cannot say that I have ever been in this ballroom. My home is so large that there are only a few places which I have actually been within. My study, the library, and the garden are my most frequent spots to visit, otherwise I tend to simply stay within the confines of my sleeping quarters or my dining hall.
