After an obscenely awkward dinner with my father that involved him lecturing me once more about the proper wine tasting techniques, it finally became time to head to my room and go to bed.

I didn't get drunk like I did last time, so I didn't go to Kany's room.

It's probably best that I didn't end up going to her room in the first place. I'm the type of guy that just speaks his mind when he's drunk, so if I went to her room while I was absolutely plastered then I would be willing to bet a considerable sum of money that I would have spilled the beans about me liking her.
