We stood outside of Rudo's tent for several minutes as we waited for him to finish gathering his equipment together. Whenever we would attempt to hurry him up, he would shout out "just a minute! I'm almost done" or something along those lines.
Of course, what he's been saying has most definitely been a lie as we have been waiting for long enough to where I've become uncomfortable. I feel like I'm wasting time while I watch the other adventurers in the encampment run from place to place or return with wounds from combat.
I hate feeling like others are moving ahead of me. It's like I'm stuck in place while everyone is moving on with their lives. Maybe it's just anxiety, but waiting for this guy to grab some random item is starting to become more of a nuisance than anything.
Tael twitched his shoulder and glanced at me.
"Want me to try to get him again?" He asked.
Surprise! They got split up! Welcome to the prison!
Catch you on the flip side!
