Bogger stared at me in disbelief, both because of my deductive skills as well as my proposed idea. Everyone else, meanwhile, began to assume their thinking stances.
"Now that we know we need to find armor, where are we going to find a set that can get us through those doors?" Kany mumbled.
"Perhaps we can raid the royal manor? I doubt it though. That place was probably one of the first to be scavenged." Erana whispered to herself.
"We could just search the known homes of anyone with that type of armor. We're bound to come across a set eventually." Tael shrugged as he spoke to himself.
While I watched my party think to themselves, I turned back to Bogger.
"Do you have any idea of who would supposedly have this armor? If there were, say, fifty sets, who would get them?"
He tilted his head from side to side as he muttered incomprehensibly to himself. After a moment, he turned back to face me.
It's hard to look at the things that have become normal to you as what they truly are. If you've ever heard of how morticians think about their job, it's a similar thing. There's a really great interview with this one mortician I recommend watching. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZoQT-VuTDY
Catch you on the flip side!
P.S. This is an additional chapter because you guys gave me 100 powerstones this week! Thank you all!
