章 3: Prologue: Lightning
Ace Rodriguez, a Filipino martial artist that was living in Forest. He hid himself inside his home to find what his true path was by thinking of possibilities, like trying to create hi own martial arts. He's trying to find the path he wants to take. However, finding his path was hard, and so he needed help from the anime worlds.
He started watching fighting anime, watching those animes seemed to enlighten him a bit when it came to martial arts where the main character was OP that he just hides his powers and in the end find his true path. Unlike him, he didn't find his path as he wasted his time on training like crazy that he didn't even have time to find a girlfriend and still a virgin.
Right now, on this day, he celebrated his birthday. The day that his age was not on the calendar, he's now 32-year-old virgin who didn't have a girlfriend since birth.
Sitting on his home, he sat there and meditated. Trying to find his true path, once again. He didn't want to give up as he still attends martial arts tournaments all around the world to find his path.
"*Sigh*... I wonder if I can use those martial arts in those animes I have read. It's so sad that Diable Jambe of Sanji in one piece can't be learned since he uses his family technology that allows him to fight stronger enemies without eating a devil fruit." Thinking out loud with his eyes closed.
He stood up and took a bath, dressed in a casual clothes, and got out of his house to restock his food supply in his fridge. He only need to take a walk and he'll be in the market since he was quite close to the market.
Wearing a face mask since the government or the hospitals haven't found a cure on COVID-19, along with the Quarantine Pass so he wouldn't get arrested.
After buying a lot of foods, he walked back to his home.
While on his way, his phone rang. When he looked, he has a message.
[ Do you want to find your true path? If you do, please, stay still. ]
That's all there is to it. He stood still, waiting for something to happen. He looked around and found it odd that there are no people around. It seems that there are no people in the houses.
A flash came first before the sound. He looked up and saw the sky was dark. Lightning and thunder can be both heard and see.
"Oof!" Yep! Those his last words when he got hit by a lightning.
Somewhere in another realm, a man in his 40s was sitting beside a dragon.
"Seiryuu, we've got one! I'll also help this poor soul to find his true path." The man said to the dragon named Seiryuu.
"You know, Raijin... Nevermind. Now, which world do you like? Perhaps, in One Piece? In DxD?" Seiryuu asked.
"Hm... Let's see... How about, in History's Mightiest Disciple?" Raijin suggested.
"Wise choice. He also want to find his true path in martial arts so that world is perfect." Seiryuu agreed.
"History's Mightiest Disciple it is, then!"
