After a while the door opened and a spiky black-haired man showed up.
He had a sleepy expression.
"Index-san? I already told you that there is food in the refrigerator." Touma said in a tired tone. His eyes were half closed.
"It's not because of that! Are you deaf?!" Index exclaimed again and she pointed to the shaking window.
Touma seeing that was surprised and he walked towards the window.
He opened it.

In the distance were dozens of black tornadoes.
"Wow!" He exclaimed and took a few steps back.
"Is that why we were told to stay in our rooms? Is it a natural disaster or magic?" He muttered saying that.
Index reacted.
"No, it's not magic either, that's..." She was interrupted.
"Those are esper abilities." A man said from outside the window. He had red hair, earrings on both ears, a barcode tattoo under his right eye, and he smoked a cigarette."
"Stiyl? What are you doing here?" Touma asked.
He looked at the tornadoes.
"We've work to do, Kamijou Touma." Styil said shortly after.
Touma's expression changed.

A man with dirty blond hair and a girl with light wavy hair were on the rooftop of a building.
They were both watching the gigantic tornadoes.
"That idiot..." He murmured.
The girl next to him looked at him.
"I suppose it won't be 'in the not too distant future' but it will be 'on a day like today', don't you think so, Kakine-san?" She said in a funny tone.
Kakine frowned.
"He was very impulsive. He is likely to die." Kakine said.
"Hum... are you sure about that?" She asked with a little bow of the head.
Kakine clenched his teeth.
"That fight is out of my level, but..." Kakine muttered.
He spread his 6 white wings and he flew out of the building.
"..." Kaibi was speechless.
She sighed.
'He does things on his own as always.'

In a luxurious area there was a large building that stood out from the rest. Everything inside was first class.
On the top floor of that building, 4 women were in front of a large window.
They observed dozens of electrical tornadoes in the distance.
"That looks super dangerous." Said a brown-haired girl with the bob cut.
"Look! Look! Mugino... don't you think that's incredible? It's like an action movie." Said a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was shaking that woman's arm.
Mugino had tea-colored hair as did her eyes and she was dressed in very elegant clothes.
"Stop before I kill you, Frenda!" Mugino exclaimed. Her expression was dark.
Frenda freaked out and released her arm.
'Mugino is really upset for some reason.' She thought.
Mugino looked at the woman who had not spoken until now. She had black hair and a poker face.
"Takitsubo, this is really annoying, but do it." She ordered.
"Yes." She just nodded.
Takitsubo took a small pink metallic object out of her pocket and from that she took out a solid white substance.
She quickly consumed him.
Soon after, her expression changed completely.

["Limiting report to the only AIM diffusion field of interest]

"Accelerator!" Mugino exclaimed.
"That's a super troublesome name." The brown-haired girl said. (Note: Actually, his name is unknown)
"Shhhh. Mugino doesn't seem in the mood, Kinuhata." Frenda said quietly.

"Takitsubo, don't repeat that name again!" Mugino was grinding her teeth.
["Result: Railgun"]
The brat who cheated on me! What the hell is she doing there?" Mugino said.
"He-he-he." Frenda walked away a little.
["Result: Meltdowner"]
The whole place went silent

A green electron beam smashed through the large window.
Those bastards! First damn robots use my ability and now someone else can use it!" Mugino exclaimed.
"Mugino, you must super calm down." Kinuhata spoke.
"Yes, yes. Mugino… calm, calm… it' s surely another useless robot." Frenda said in a nervous tone. She was getting further and further away.
Mugino calmed down a bit.
"Let's go, we've to destroy that damn who is fighting Accelerator." She ordered.
"" Yes!"" Kinuhata and Frenda exclaimed.
Just when they were about to leave ...
"AHHH!" Takitsubo screamed and she knelt down.
