After he buys all of the things he jumps to the ground from the tree, while trying to hold back his overwhelming dizziness.

*CRASH*

He lands on his feet, his legs crumbling and hits the ground with his shoulder, dislocating it.

"GAH!"

He struggles to get back up to his feet and just as he gets up his danger sense goes off again and he quickly does the only thing he can think of.

He stops trying to stand and falls flat on his face,his still broken nose becoming even more fucked up, his jaw wounds reopening a little.

After the danger sense stops going off he stands up and starts running away from the army as fast as he can.

"RAAAAHHHH!" He screams as he runs, the dizziness causing him to smash into trees and bushes along the way, trying to give himself courage.

Before he knows it he has ran far away from the army and he lays down trying to recover.

"Fugck! FUGHCK!" He screams out loud. His body shivers and he starts convulsing. His anxiety grows and he has another panic attack. He pukes and struggles to lay on his side so that he doesn't choke to death on his own vomit.

[Hahahaha! Your determination is truly commendable David! Even being as old as I am I am still quite impressed!]

'I-I'm so c-cold!'

'I-I'm gonna die!'

[Don't worry about it David, your body is not as weak as it used to be so you'll survive alot more easily then you would've before, on earth.]

The voice brings him a very small amount of comfort with his words.

"Goddamn FUCK!" "The goddamn little rat is ran off!" "Fuck!" Luis shouts in anger.

"It's alright buddy, he's on his last legs now." Chris comforts, his usual smile still present.

"A-Alright, d-do you have to punch m-me in the stomach though?"

"Let's stop this useless fighting and go get him guys." The man with the megaphone says to the two men.

He then speaks into his megaphone to the crowd, some crying, some with a face full of anger, some with dark expressions.

"People! I know you have struggled, but it will soon be over! The monster is on his last legs! We will survive and get revenge! Together!"

The crowd seems to not be all that swayed by the speech but they all stand up anyway, for their own reasons.

"You're speech is... not so good...." Luis says to the man.

"You do it then, asshole!" The man responds, his face now flushed.

He puts his arm in the sling made of bloody rags and recovers for as long as he can before running away, putting ammunition into his belts in the downtime.

He repeats this until his arm recovers and his belts are full.

He looks behind him and sees that the group is starting to slow down.

"We need another strategy." Chris says.

"I don't think that there is anything else we can do..." The man with the megaphone answers.

"If we stop he's probably gonna start shooting at us again."

"We need to keep moving." Chris agrees.

"Damn it... Can we do nothing?" Luis says dejectedly.

"He can't run forever." Chris replies.

As David takes the armour out of his inventory his arm starts shaking and he has to bring in his other arm to be able to lift it out. He manages to get it out and throws it down on the dirt, which somehow doesn't cause the dirt to dent.

'What the hell is this made of?'

[Iron. It has been blessed by a blacksmith through the power of his god. That is why it is so heavy.]

'Oh...Interesting'

He arranges the armor and takes a good look at it

It looks kind of like a traditional medieval armor set only pitch black. As he looks closer he sees that its red, looking like veins pulsing, on the inside. The helmet has two long, triangular slits for visibility and the mask has a maniacal grin drawn and carved onto it.

The chestplate has the face of a demon carved on it, the armguards possesing sharp protusions at the elbow joints and the top of every finger, like claws, presumably to stab your enemies with.

The legguards also have sharp protutions at the knees and the boots are sharp and pointy like a knife.

He puts the chainmail on and already he starts feeling the weight.

'How much does this thing weigh?'

[Just the chainmail weighs around 50 Kilograms. The entire set will weigh about 320 kilograms.]

'...'

'Am I even human any more?'

[HA! You think this is the limit of humans? How ignorant.]

[In other universes there are humans who can lift entire worlds!]

David puts the armor on and starts walking around to familiarize himself.

'This is not as heavy as i thought it would be.'

[Of course. You are not an ordinary human anymore. Even across the multiverse you would be in the top 1%. Now get out the shield and minigun.]

He takes out the items. The shield has the face of the same demon who is on his chestplate.

The backside of it also has the same red, veiny quality.

'Who is this guy?'

[Probably their interpretation of their god.]

'Their interpretation?'

[Yes. Gods don't have faces that can be seen, only interpreted.]

'I don't get it.'

[You don't need to.]

David stands in silence for a few seconds to gather courage before moving towards the army with his minigun.

[Time left until end of the first game: 15h 32m.]
