章 239: Boring week

Lijuan did a recap of the week in her head as she waited for Jiaying to step out of the changing room. She couldn't help being grateful that it was Friday and the week was almost over already. This week was the most boring week ever for her. It seemed like she achieved nothing and she couldn't wait for it to end. Maybe next week would be better. 

The interview she had earlier that week hadn't gone as planned. The lady had been exactly as she had predicted when she read her mail, only that she had shown first-hand that she wasn't going to put in much work but expected to be paid really well.

Shan had simply told the woman  that they would get back to her before asking her not to hire the woman and she had totally agreed with Shan on that. There was no way she was going to start with someone like that who obviously lacked seriousness.
