"I guess i still am." Chu Yang replied awkwardly. He did not know whether to laugh or cry at this situation. Nevertheless, he sauntered forth with a destination in mind.

The innocent Ning Xi trailed behind and the beautiful girl was still bothered by what happened earlier.

She felt hot all over her body like someone sick and feverish but she did not know what this feeling entailed. This was a new experience in her young life.

The two took the rest of the way in silence.

"It's good to be home." Chu Yang smiled the moment he arrived at the comfort of his own courtyard.

It was quite funny that he had just came out from the charnel house a few minutes prior. This place was certainly a couple of times upgrade from that one.

Ning Xi got busy lighting up a few candles in the place. She went some place else for a few minutes before coming back to serve her young master.
