章 143: Grandpa's gift

  Charlie looked at Dolly. She smiled at him and nodded. She was happy that everyone in her family accepted Charlie as a family member.

"That's good. Now, that is final. Charlie, you have to call us as Dolly calls." Mrs Smith, who was observing them from her chair said.

   Charlie smiled. He was also happy. Although he was married to Dolly but was feeling uneasy about the relationship. John was his boss. So, he always felt distant from Dolly's family members. Dolly told him so many times to accept them as his own family members, but he had some hesitations. 

"Ok.Grandma.As you all wish. I will call everyone as Dolly calls you."

"That's good.  You are an employee of Smith Enterprise. That is your profession. Never mix professional life with your personal life.  You are now a member of the Smith family. So you have to think this family like your own. Understand?" John asked.

"Ok.Bro."Charlie replied. John smiled in satisfaction.
