章 89: New King

A few minutes after Xia arrived, Emmanuel Timothy Emir, followed. When his best friend entered the visitation area, it was an unusual frown upon his forehead which greeted Zachary Benedict. That's when he knew instantly that something bad happened. He swallowed hard as he braced himself for the unpleasant news.

He impatiently waited for his best friend to be seated on the steel chair opposite him. An old wooden table in the middle serves as a partition. One his right side, Xia quietly sat with her fingers clasped under the table. She worriedly glance at Emmanuel Timothy, nervously waiting for him to drop the news like a bomb.

"I'm sorry to bring an unpleasant news Zach but Queen Aria was confronted by a dozen gunned man on her way here. Her car was showered with bullets and it bumped into a street light."
