"When we arrived, this man was also threatening a person and trying to kill him. You can see it for yourself! He still hasn't released the man. It's our duty to arrest all of them and then investigate. He's also resisting arrest and threatening to kill the person if we moved," the Police Chief continued as he kept shifting the blame to Ryder.

"Alright. If that's the truth, then you do deserve to arrest him, but I doubt that. You said that the car ahead was filled with innocent civilians that died because of this man's reckless driving, right?" Major General Gaira inquired as he looked at the man before him.
