章 77: Ch.19

I arrived back on Atlantis through the stargate after dropping off another fleet of ten ancient war ships for earth that I'd acquired from my counterpart. The rest I took with me to Atlantis and revealed to those there. With a fleet of nearly four hundred war ships now, it was time we dealt with the wraith threat and counter attacked.

The Osiran's had arrived on Atlantis and were given twenty city ships to themselves because of the sheer numbers of their people. All the kids were kept away from the dangerous stuff of course but with nearly twenty million in population, they outnumbered all of the expedition, the ancients and my warriors by a long shot.

The good thing though was that they were familiar with the technology now as their own psychic link let them access the city's records. With the numbers and technology severely on our side now, I gave the council it's first war commands.

Even as they set off to deal with the wraith, I was receiving jars from a lot of satellites. It seems the wraith has finally found a solution to the satellite problems. I reigned in a sudden burst of energy that tried to escape from me.

I turned my gaze inwards and saw to my horror and fascination that all the seeds and stars of power I'd taken from my duplicate were fusing with their counterparts. And each fusion in turn was giving off massive amounts of power from the process.

The stars grew to twice their size while the seeds changed as well while they grew in size. The energy they produced was so much more potent. If I wasn't careful I'd end up bursting with power both literally and metaphorically.

I withdrew from my mind and headed to where and what I needed to do next. I found an empty star system and went to the edge of the corona sphere of the star itself. It was a red dwarf star, the lowest temperature star there is.

When I approached further I teleported my ring back to my quarters in Atlantis as my clothes burned off. Only creature covered me now as I touched the star's surface with minimal pain and no barriers. When creature started acting up I made it wait for me a good distance away.

Next I took a moment before diving right in. Almost immediately the pain was as intense as hellfire. I began tempering my body in the star with great efforts. When my body hardened and healed enough, I went deeper until eventually I was in the very center of the star itself.

Time played very little difference as stars had their own effects on time itself. While I meditated and healed I absorbed more and more of the time energies of the star itself before finally leaving it. I told creature mentally to have at it and it ate the star.

Not wanting to waste any of the energy it continued to eat it all until it turned into a neutron star. I headed to another dead solar system, this time with an orange star. I repeated the process all the while knowing the wraith were being wiped out in mass.

When I finished with the hottest star I could find, a blue giant that nearly roasted me just getting close enough to touch it at first, I headed back to Atlantis to see how things progressed.

What I found was baffling as I arrived. I ignored it for now as I teleported to my room only to find it was not only no longer my room but a Lantean called Moros was there sleeping where my bed used to be. Growling I woke him up demanding. "Where the fuck-"

I read his mind and dropped him in shock. I'd managed to end up in the fucking past! I erased his mind of all traces of me before thinking of possibilities and a way to get home. Frowning I decided this must be an alternate reality or if it is the past then I need to go to sleep and wait so I felt out and found it felt the same.

Deciding it was the latter, I went to the nearest planet in the solar system and buried myself in dirt. I hibernated in and out while shit happened outside. When the wraith ship hit the planet, I went into a stasis like coma.

My body and mind disconnected from each other to preserve my own sanity while I'd put creature to sleep with me. On the inside I worked on gathering potentia energy and leveling out the time energies I'd gathered into seeds and stars.

As the ten thousand years passed, I added more and more stars into myself if all three types as my seeds and stars began to match up when they reached ten thousand each. Soon enough I felt even with my improved body and power, I could not hold any more.

All I needed was the essence to match it and I would be ready to ascend in the strongest state possible. For that I began to siphon off the essence inside the sleeping creature. At each thousand years I'd compress and purify it until it fused with my blood as pure godly essence.

My blood turned gold as it became more than simple red and white blood cells with oxygen and DNA inside it. By the time I felt my own arrival to the planet, I had withdrawn all of my power and presence inside myself and hidden amongst the presences of the alien bugs on the planet that had grown and thrived here as a response.

Luckily I was from this reality so neither myself nor my alter would feel the temporal cascade failure. When he took the wraith ship and the mortals back to Atlantis, I waited still until finally I opened my eyes as I felt him leave while hundreds of ships departed from Atlantis.

For the first time in ten thousand years, I broke the surface of the planet. When I did the planet itself fell out of it's own orbit around the sun. My mass was apparently a great deal more than before thanks to my time inside the center of the stars.

When I arrived on Atlantis, the city shook a little bit thankfully I adjusted myself in time to keep it from sinking from the weight. When my ring appeared, I grabbed it and put it on.

As I'm unsure which star caused the time anomaly, I decided to stay out of site for a time at least. I went to watch the wraith get slaughtered while watching over my mates. When the first one hundred and fifty wraith ships, both hive and cruiser, were destroyed, I watched as an even larger number appeared under nearly all the wraith queens.

When the Lantean ships started taking on damage, a fleet of ships I'd never seen before arrived to help. They were old broken down and made from spare parts from the looks of them but they proved to be a distraction for the wraith so when they started taking heavy damage I waved a hand and sent out a burst of power that repaired their ships and shields to full capacity.

They no longer looked like old rust buckets but new ships ready for battle. I did the same for the Lantean ships as well and felt a massive surge of faith from those on board the ships and watching on the city ships monitors elsewhere.

I instantly understood what happened. That massive surge of energy from their faith, added to the temporal effects of the Star must've created a time window that my original self fell through into a star of the past unknowingly.

That same burst of energy woke up creature who was ravenous an only barely the size of my cloak after I'd taken the essence and energy it had consumed. As the wraith were finished off and I felt their essence stored elsewhere in the jars, I let creature go and it drained the living ships of the last of their energies and the wraith of what it could take.

The fleets backed up ad the sight of a black blob of darkness growing bigger as it fed of the dead and dying ships. I teleported aboard the flag ship where the alliance leaders and captains then gathered.

I stepped on the ship itself lightly as it groaned under my weight. Deciding that it was safer for all if I floated instead, I did just that. When the new allies captain appeared, she stood by Shepherd as if familiar to him.

He introduced her saying. "Council of Atlantis, this is Larrin."

I frowned as soon as I saw the woman in question and she asked. "Who and what is that?"

She pointed to me and the screen that showed creature enjoying it's meal. I chuckled. "I am Osiris and that is creature. It is a life form that feeds on energy of any type. I let it have it's snack of the wraith ships because I just spent ten thousand years draining the essence and energy out of it to fuel my own power."

I gave the council a look as I connected with each of their minds and showed them what had happened and what I'd done to avoid a paradox. My mates felt bad for me but I was fine with it. The traveler leader frowned and I sighed connecting with her mind to share the same information.

When she was caught up to speed I read her and John's minds to understand what had happened. Apparently she'd shown up during a routine drop off of her people to get supplies for her colony ships and had a run in with John's team and some wraith.

When she saw the Lantean puddle jumper she told him of her plight and he offered an alliance of sorts. She was now expecting a safe place for her and her people to call home.

Sighing I told Brutus and the rest. "I'll deal with the rest of the wraith hiding in the far corners of this galaxy. You all head back to Atlantis and perhaps decide on your futures while you await my good news."

I teleported outside and summoned creature to me. As it shrank back into a cloak and wrapped around me, I teleported from there to everywhere I felt the wraith presences, killing them all and storing their essence.

I destroyed all their technology and returned it to the earth, wiping out all traces of it and when in space, I sent it into the nearest star. When I finished my task, I hopped around until I found and destroyed or acquired all Lantean technology in the Pegasus galaxy.

As one could imagine I pissed off a lot of people doing so but in the end it wasn't there's and most didn't know what it was they had. When I took the last item, a Lantean personal shield, from a fat lier who was trying to pretend to be a hero, I went back to Atlantis.

I sent a report to the system of the things I'd taken and or destroyed while noting the Venir as the only race of real importance I'd come across. What wasn't too awful dangerous, I returned to the city's storage. I then began removing my gifts from the Jaffa and accelerating their genetic process to the point of the Lantean's.

When all that was done, I floated around warning them that while my spawn made them technically immortal, they'd never be able to ascend properly with one inside them. Krishna and each and every one of them responded nearly the exact same. To them my spawn were proof that their god not only takes care of them, but in some small way is apart of them.

Sighing I dismissed them from my service as warriors and told them they too were now ancients in their own way. I suggested they each begin learning and taking part in the Lantean traditions and government.

When I left them I found my mates with Weir and the rest of the council. Sighing I waved a hand as a screen monitor appeared. "Dr.Elizabeth Weir, do you swear to put the needs of this council and it's people above all else? Do you swear that what ever you decided will both be fair and just by Lantean laws and the laws this council sets forth? And can you without question perform the duties required to see to the protection of this council and it's people?"

She flinched by my words and sighed before saying. "I can and will do swear."

I turned to each of the council members while only Helia objected. "She cannot perform such duties. Atlantis requires a prime councilor that can communicate with it on a deeper level than her physiology can provide!"

I snorted as Weir told her. "Like you I am an advanced evolution of humanity. I was lucky enough to have earned a certain prime councilor's respect and as such I've been rewarded with my new status as a near ascended."

She must've said something to the councilor telepathically because Helia paled a bit. Smiling I continued. "Then by my right as prime councilor of Atlantis and the Alteran empire, I step down and name you my successor. May you lead your people with wisdom and courage as those before you strived to achieve."

Atlantis responded by accepting her role as it's primary controller and leader. I turned to my wives and newest mate when Weir asked. "What might I ask is next for you. I assume you're not interested in helping the people's of this galaxy stabilize their societies and spread the help of the Alteran empire?"

I shook my head as Teyla stepped into my arms while turning to Weir and answering for me. "We are heading to the time field where we will ascend. It is time for us to step beyond the mortal coil."

I wrapped my arms around her waist while Sam spoke up. "I resigned from the Air Force just before we headed out to finish off the wraith. Teyla has spoken to her people and we are ready to leave. We will spend one last day on Atlantis before we depart from it with full intentions to ascend before we possibly return."

The council ended that discussion and turned to what was to be done about the travelers. It was no longer our business and we were no longer on the council so we left the room. The girls went to say their goodbyes while I went to pick up Damon.

It'd been a good while since I talked to Damon as he'd spent some time in the sea below playing about. What I found greatly shocked and disturbed me. He was no longer a larva symbiote but an adult and I saw why. Illyria had an amused smile while she watched Damon shock the hell out of me.

My spawn who was no larger than a common garden garden snake was now the size of what I could only imagine Jörmungandr would look like. With a head the size of at least half a city ship in diameter, he was massive. When he raised his head above water I realized how it happened as well.

He'd been storing massive amounts of essence from the largest creatures on the planet, a species of whale that equaled a Lantean war ship in size when fully grown. It not only fed his stomach but his need for essence as well.

Luckily the spell I cast to breed the animals in this planet included them because he'd have eaten himself out of food in a years time of what I suspected was correct. As it was, when he noticed me, he shrank into the size of a Tok'ra symbiote and swam to me cheerfully.

Sighing when he flew out of the ocean and into my arms, slithering around my neck to push his finned cheek against my own, I told him. "You should not have sped up your own growth my son. Doing so may have effected your chances on ascension."

He brushed it off telling me I could fix it if it was that bad but that he wanted to stay like this, able to be as large as he could get and shrink when he wanted. He'd thought about it and decided he no longer wished to ascend, at least not for the time being.

Illyria was as amused by our talks as she was of his form. When I told her of our departure on the morrow, she agreed that it was time to try at least. That evening I told Krishna about Damon's decision to stay and asked him to look out for him in case things changed drastically here.

He agreed readily and promised to make sure nothing happened to him. I boosted the spell for animal breeding on the planet and left to attend the party thrown in my mate's honor. There the full expedition team and even the old SG-1 team, Jack, Teal'c and Daniel, came to say their goodbyes as we might not return in most of their lifetimes, if ever.

The next morning I took my wives and Illyria to the time dilation planet where we would ascend. When we entered we began living in the village and meditating as the other villagers had once did before they ascended. Seasons passed quickly as time lost most of it's meaning.

Lexi was the first to ascend and stuck around the Pegasus galaxy to wait on us. Next came Alice, Buffy and Faith. Each of them waited with Lexi while the last two had broken their connections to Sineya. Almost a decade in Sam admitted to wanting children of her own before she ascended.

She wanted to experience motherhood in it's entirety before shedding her mortal coil permanently. Teyla admitted much the same so I gave them what they wished for. Sam gave birth to Chris, my first son and Teyla to Darren, my youngest and second boy.

We stayed with them and raised them till they were young adults all their own, teaching them everything we knew that they could handle. When it was sufficient, they chose to venture out and see the galaxy for themselves.

I sent them to Atlantis per their request and that night both Teyla and Sam ascended. They watched over our kids while I began to focus on my own ascension in earnest now. It was another five decades before I managed to feel it as my mortal coil was simply too strong to easily ascend.

As I began the path Illyria who had been struggling, sat in enlightened contemplation. Time around her fluctuated as she began to absorb the essence of the time energies. I went and added a mark three potentia to the time dilation device.

For a while at least it was fine until as I neared ascension, Illyria drained the Mark three potentia. I created something a thousand times more potent, a mark four. It could potentially last until the planet itself is eventually swallowed by the star it circles after it collapses into a black hole billions of years from now.

It was every bit the ingenious creation the stargate system itself was. When I was on the brink of ascending, illyria finally came out of her contemplation and I pulled her along with me as my mortal body turned into pure essence.

I called my wives to me as I did so and released the essence they'd need to take it further. They no longer needed my help in taking the essence in and assimilating it into their own. As they finished, an ancient I thought would not show up, did so.

It was Chaya Sar, and she was here for my help. She'd left her home planet and abandoned the others punishment of her and seeing as how much my own ascension sent massive waves through the dimension we now inhabited, she decided my protection would be necessary if she were to avoid the wrath of the others.

I gave her the leftover essence my wives no longer needed and what she couldn't assimilate, she could use to make deals with the others. By the time she finished her own assimilation, a group of others appeared before us.

When they recognized me they spoke. "You may have had a hand in defeating the wraith but our laws stand. If you wish to interfere then you will share her punishment."

I snorted and clipped their wings, instantly sending them back to the mortal coil and into the time dilation field. Turning to Chaya I told her. "If you wish to follow us to the final ascension then you're welcome to. But if you intend to stay you'll need more knowledge."

I passed a piece of my vast and pure essence into her own and gave her the knowledge of magic and how to accumulate and use it. As an ascended she had no real limits other than the how's of it all. When she finally asked. "Is this why your essence is gold and green with black at it's core?"

I shook my head. "The green is the magic, the gold is my natural divinity and the black is a secret. It's not something I tend to utilize but useful all it's own."

We left her there as my mates and Illyria held on to me and we traveled the distance between us and Atlantis in moments. We stepped into the mortal plane before our friends and my sons including Damon.

It had been only a week since my kids showed up claiming to be related to me and now here I was with my wives, glowing about. Smiling I spoke. "My sons, if you choose to live a mortal life I cannot make that decision for you. All I ask is that you live a happy one. If you should desire to see your sisters merely find Spike in the Milky Way galaxy. Feel him out as through me you have a connection to him."

Chris smiled and shook his head while saying. "Our Journey has only begun."

Chuckling I told him. "I'm the words of and old friend, indeed."

I waved a hand activating the stargate and turning to leave as we flowed once more. We stepped through the stargate to earth as our old selves mostly. We looked human at least to their eyes. The SGC has changed since we'd left as it now operated out of the main city ship I'd given them.

The war with the Ori was in full swing now as both sides were suffering heavy losses. They could at least fight back now and as such they were entirely confused their energy iris had failed to activate when we stepped through it.

I cut the power I'd used to the gate and it shut off while Jack came out of the office with General Landry and the new SG-1. The only original member was Daniel as even the duplicate Sam had been reassigned to run her own ship.

As soon as they saw us Jack asked. "Well?"

I smiled and light enveloped us once more. Daniel grinned and I felt the others turn their collective attention to us. Before they could not detect us do to the tattoos on our flesh but now I was like a sun before their lamp shades.

My essence was to pure and vast for them to miss and thus once we showed it, they came running. The sky outside darkened and I sighed. "We'll be right back Jack. Just know that no matter how this turns out, you're not fighting the Ori alone. Even if I have to take mortal form once more I will lay waist to earths enemies."

I turned to my wives who nodded in agreement and told them. "Stay here. I shall deal with the others alone. They are no match for me and cannot stop what is to come."

I stepped into the higher plane once more and was greeted by a diner I knew so well. Oma was there as well as a great many others. Needless to say the diner was packed now. Smiling I sat down and asked. "All this for little ole me?"

Oma smiles at my easy going expression and realized I didn't fear them. An older man that reminded me of an ancient wizard without the pointy hat sat in front of me while Oma became nervous. He sent the impression of their intentions and I brushed it off.

He didn't react until I spoke plainly. "Use your words, we both know that whatever language you speak in I'll understand you. I am not one of the collective as it were and have no intention of standing aside to join it."

Oma frowned as he sent her the impressions now as she relayed the message. "You have just ascended and have no stable footing in this realm yet. You can choose to join us like those before you or be cast aside like the banished. Either way you will follow the rules we set forth-"

I growled and slammed my essence into his, he screeched and screamed now as the others became alert, ready to act. I sneered at them while I basically tortured the foolish ascended in front of them. "I don't give a damn about your rules and I sure as hell don't answer to anyone here. I may have just ascended but I can tell you right now that I don't need ascended powers to flag your souls alive. You are mere fireflies before the great storm that is me. You may endure, but you shall never conquer!"

I clipped the ascended's wings as they were and sent him to a distant planet in the Milky Way before the rest could act. Oma spoke up, staying the other's hands. "Wait! He's promised us something more than simple knowledge. He's promised us a way to finish our ascension!"

The others boiled over in confusion as they shared impressions and emotions, trying to figure out what she meant. When she told them and shared the memories, they looked to me with both frustration and a healthy amount of fear and respect.

I waved a hand and summoned the jars from the city ships here in the Milky Way galaxy. I told them. "Ori souls and essence of their followers. I know it's not enough for all of you, but it's a start. The rest of the actual Ori will die soon and with that it should be enough for a hundred of you to attempt further ascension. I recommend you begin taking in essence and energy of those that ultimately destroy themselves."

I held up a hand continuing. "I'm aware of your laws and while I don't care about them myself, it's really just up to you. As for the Ori's essence I heard from a reliable source that a faction amongst you has laid claim to it. Those that have are free to take it once I've dealt with them, but just know that I will be dealing with them."

I stood and stepped out, back to the mortal plane leaving the unsaid 'just try and stop me' hanging in the air for them to contemplate. I appeared before Jack, beside my mates, once more.

Sighing I told him as the sky gradually cleared up. "I've told them my position and gave them an offer. If they refuse then they'll attack and I'll clip their wings just like the ones before them. For now though, it seems they're playing the wait and see game."

The sky lightened up more as I felt a good deal of them leaving now. Daniel asked. "How confident are you that you'll be able to take them if they act in force?"

I gave him a droll stair. "You can tell now that you're no longer ascended, but if you were you'd know how stupid that question is. There's a reason they pulled back instead of risking a fight with me. Even when I had a physical body I could force them into a mortal form when they were nearby. Now that I've ascended-"

I left it hanging as their imaginations ran wild. Finally Jack asked. "So, any chance you're willing to simply smite the Ori ships out of existence?"

I raised an eyebrow and shook my head. "I said I'd deal with the Ori themselves. Their followers can be dealt with by you and your people."

I slid my old ring on as I accessed it's internal pocket dimension and pulled out nearly seven hundred city ships my duplicate self had stored away. Each of them were placed in the bay next to earth's first city ship and had stockpiles of drones and ZPM's ready for use.

Jack's jaw dropped as I smiled. The new SG-1 team members grinned now as well. The seemingly leader spoke up. "Now that's what I'm talking about! Any chance there's war ships on each of those?"

I shook my head. "Not even remotely I'm afraid. But they do have a full stock and extra of drones and mark III ZPM's. Not to mention their power distribution and shields are more than advanced compared to a regular war ship's. Unfortunately their databases are all in ancient so you'll have to upload your own translation programs."

I turned to Jack now. "I'm giving these to you because I trust you won't go trying to conquer the galaxy with them. By all means after the Ori are gone, spread out and claim your own abandoned worlds, but do not use them to force others into oppression or eliminate your enemies you make in trying to take over already populated worlds. It would end very badly for you and all of earth if you do."

My threat had him gulping audibly and Daniel told Jack. "If that wasn't clear enough, then you should know that was a threat. I'd be very careful how you tell the pentagon they can and can't use these things. I for one don't want to die what promises to be a horrible death again."

They each grimaced and the new SG-1 leader held out a hand. "Where are my manners, colonel Cameron Michael, now leader of SG-1."

I smiled now and shook my hand for him to see. "I can't exactly touch you and it'd be weird for us both if I tried but we'll met."

Cameron caught on. "Oh, right. Sorry about that."

Sam chuckled while the rest of my mates smiled. The female spoke up. "Daniel, why don't you introduce us?"

Daniel sighed. "Osiris, Sam, Teyla, Buffy, Alice, Faith, and Lexi, this is Vala Mal Doran, petty thief and constant lier."

I chuckled now while Vala scowled at Daniel and he continued. "And I'm sure you've met Rya'c before."

I gave the long ago child a critical eye before nodding. "Well met indeed. You've stepped out of your father's considerable shadow from the looks of it and become your own man."

He bowed slightly to me and I waved it off. "I'm no longer the leader of your world Rya'c."

He shook his head. "You may not be, but you are our god still. I would be without honor if I did anything less. You have my people freedom from the false gods and raised us up high. Without you we'd most likely be still worshipping Apophis."

I shook my head. "That I doubt. Your father decided on his rebellion before I even showed up. As for the other things, I've only ever helped where a real god should. Now, let us move on to more pleasant things."

Lexi stepped forwards and told them. "The one known as Adria has begun amassing an army and intends to finish off earth and this galaxy as soon as possible."

Jack raised an eyebrow now while asking. "Did the ancients up there just tell you this or-"

Alice shook her head. "No, the others don't need to share their secrets with us. From the moment we ascended we've been able to feel out the knowledge all ascended have collected over time in each galaxy we've visited."

I brought their attention back to me saying. "You've been looking for the holy grail of sorts. The Sangraal. It is is a weapon capable of killing most ascended in a single galaxy."

Jack puffed his cheeks asking. "Most ascended?"

I grinned and nodded. "It would not work on me or those with me, my mates and Illyria here. It works by draining the connection those inside the higher plane have with it and through it, this reality. When the connection breaks, they can no longer descend nor can they stay where they are so they fade away. But as you would learn eventually, real gods don't need the higher plane to be as we are. The Ori or even the others wouldn't survive such a thing as their essence is weak and undefined."

I glowed a golden mist around me and Daniel spoke up. "That's not possible. An ascended's essence is white. A sort of purity happens when they ascend."

I nodded and continued. "And I am not just an ascended. My essence is far denser and far more ingrained into my being than theirs is. It is why I and my wives could survive the weapon."

Each of my wives glowed white and green but with a golden essence core. Illyria has the same but with blue and green mixed in. Buffy told them. "The green is the magic we hold in ourselves and is powerful enough to give birth to new realities if we do wish to. It is the essence of magic. The gold, is a piece of divinity Osiris shared with us. A piece of himself that engulfs and protects our core."

Illyria smiled now. "The blue is me, my essence is naturally blue and is apart of my affinity to the essence of time itself. As you can see mortals, we are nearly ready to ascend the rest of the way to our divinity. Once the gold takes over the white, we will be ready and it will be the last you'll possibly see of us. We will be locked out of this reality from then onwards."

Jack's eyes went wide and Daniel frowned. "Why is that exactly? I mean, what makes it so that you cannot return?"

Sighing I told him. "Think of a reality as a space time bubble. Once we step outside it and ascend fully, we will truly be unkillable by mortals. The gods we faced before were unable or unwilling to do so and as such we were able to slay them. But think about what it would me if you could step back into a reality that remembers you being vulnerable even if remotely so. It would press that memory onto your being as it makes the impression of your divinity fade as your vulnerability becomes reality once more, the godly essence that decrees you are in fact invulnerable would clash with the reality's will and both would be destroyed. Ceasing to exist."

My words made them all frown now and Daniel pointed out. "You said before you faced a goddess who was made mortal once more."

I shook my head. "She was in her avatar form. Like a temporary vessel gods can take on and it wasn't the same reality she ascended from. She was then forced to fuse with a mortal vessel prepared by two other gods and sent to our earth's reality. Banished to never return. The circumstances there made her as mortal as anyone else because of the body she inhabited and the amount of time she was stuck inside it. Even after billions of years she was physically a force to be reckoned with."

They looked more and more concerned but I just sighed. "It doesn't matter anyway. Gaia, my mother and the one that made this reality, would never let us attempt to return once we've finished our ascension. But don't worry, we will not finish ascending in your lifetimes. It will take a very long time by your perspective for us to finish ascending. While it won't necessarily be true to this reality, we will speed up the flow of time around us when we are meditating and completing the process. None of which will be done on earth."

I turned my gaze to the super gate as Teyla told them. "Once we've dealt with the Ori you must find the ark of truth and reveal it to the priors. It will force them to believe the truth of what the Ori are and the faith and essence the Ori take from their followers will be cut off. The priors and their flock will no longer wish to wage war against this galaxy."

Jack snorted. "Now where the hell are we supposed to find this ark of truth you're talking about? I've had enough of following ascended beings vague instructions."

Sam laughed before telling him. "Jack, we're not going to give false or even half instructions. The ark is in the Ori home galaxy and is the reason we'll be dealing with the Ori first. It's on their original home planet Celestis, buried on a mountain where the Alteran's once had a village. Find it and the code to activate it is Origin. A ironic nod to the truth of what the Ori really are. Use it in a single prior's presence and the rest in that galaxy will be released from their false beliefs. Then all you'll need to do is capture a prior in this galaxy and repeat the process."

Jack waved a hand. "See, that's how you're supposed to give instructions."

Chuckling I made a flash drive and it appeared in front of him. "Then you'll appreciate the exact coordinates of the ark in real time. Now, you'll need to hold them off until the Ori are dead and a ship can get passed their guard into their home galaxy to retrieve and use the ark. One pilot in the weapons chair of each city ship should do and a hand full of crew to run diagnostics and beam everyone out should a city ship be destroyed."

I turned back to the supergate's direction and Sam spoke to the humans. "It's time we go and deal with the Ori. Remember, you won't have a whole lot of time to slip passed them once they're sent into confusion over the Ori's disappearance. Act quickly and mount a proper defense. Now isn't the time for great risk but to minimize the damage they do while one ship takes on the risk of all."

I enveloped my mates and Illyria as I activated the portal to the Ori galaxy's gate system with my own power. We floated through in a blur and the gate shut off as we reached the other side. There I immediately felt the massive amount of essence the Ori had collected over the hundreds of millions of years.

They were feeding on it like deranged animals, not knowing what it could truly do for them. When they felt us I grinned and we turned into our higher forms as we clashed with the Ori repeatedly. Essence flashed and flared as we battled on the higher plane. The Ori were enduring but not for nearly long enough as we battled, I and my mates gained the upper hand slowly.

Illyria was off to the side taking on a hundred Ori ascended by herself and enjoying every moment of it. I took on the bulk of them myself while my mates took on the stragglers. Days and nights passed in the human realm as we clashed repeatedly until the final Ori was crushed beneath my presence.

Illyria wanted to retrieve the essence but I stopped her saying. "Essence has no real use to us now. You need time to adjust to all that you have while purifying it into divinity. Any more would only hinder that process."

I scooped it up and stored it in the special jars I'd made while a certain partially ascended was watching us in horror and trying to sneak off with the essence that was constantly pouring in from the priors and their people's faith. The bulk of what was there was already stored away but she was taking the ties that fed the Ori essence all together.

I shook my head stopping Illyria. "Leave her be. If she ascends as I think she will, then perhaps she would make a fine mate."

Sam scowled and I shrugged. "Fertility god remember? Besides, she reminds me of each of you in your convictions and leadership qualities. Though misguided she has that spark that eggs me on to- well, you get the idea. If she ascends I'll stop her from being stupid and show her what a real god is."

Sam rolled her eyes and pulled me from the higher plane with the others. "Come on lover boy, we need to turn the essence over to Oma and her cohorts like you promised. Then perhaps we can find the garden planet and you can ravage us amongst the flowers."

My growl shook the higher plane as I scooped her up and to the laughter of the others, descended to the mortal world once more.
