They house the headquarters of all the associations in the Human race, such as the Adventurers Association, Merchant Association, Craftsman Association, Industrial Association, Mage Association, and many more associations. The rank 1st Mage Academy is also located in their territory and even the Infinite Magic Sect, specifically the 1st rank Sect of the Human race, is located over there as well.
