章 5: Life 005
It's already three days since i live in my old house. No one can find me here yet and that is good. I don't want to meet any one, even my best friend. But what if i got found? Can i run again? Do i have the power to do that?
The answer is no. Because why should i run again? It's not even my fault. I don't know what kind of rumour out there talking about me. But if they make a rumour about me, they will make i'm the bad guy or something. Because they hate me, almost all the boys in school hate me.
Living in my old house is not a good choice. Because there are too many rats and there are no food there. I need to find a job if i can. But i don't know if they want to recruit a drop out student. I got no more choice, i need to loan money from bank.
~ Day 6 ~
It's my second day of trying to find a job. But i don't find any job. I tried to apply at fast food restaurant, but they don't need more people. I tried to apply at bank and other, but they said that they don't need a student. I don't know what to do anymore.
It's 4.37 PM and it's raining now, i don't know how i'm going to live my next day. I haven't eat anything since yesterday because i need to save my money. I told myself to eat once a day, but in reality it's already more than a day since the last time i eat. I don't know if this is the best i can do.
I heard a lot of people talking without caring to see me. I feel like i'm a narcotics user who doesn't know what to do. I got no more dream, i got no more things to do. Even if i got things to do, i don't know if that is the right thing.
I walked again without knowing where to go. I know that no one will find me in here because it's far away from my school. "Now it's time to go back huh." All this hunting is useless. I got rejected again and again. No one accept me.
Suddenly my other side think that i should go and meet Rin. Because she will help me. But my another side also think that it would be bad if i meet Rin. She always helped me when i'm in danger. She always by my side since i was little. But now it's better for her to walk in her own path not with a scumbag like me. "Aaah, in the end what will i do?"
The cold wind blow really hard. It's almost like raining today.
How could this happened really? What can a drop out school boy with nothing can find a job?
~ Day 7 ~
I'm so hungry right now. I need to save my money. I need to be strong. I need to find a job and place to live.
~Day 8 ~
Why they all reject me? Even though I can do anything they want. Why wouldn't they hire me? Did that old man told everyone in this city to reject me? For real? What do you guys want really?
~ Day 10 ~
I keep walking and walking until I found an alley. I know that I can sleep there for free atleast. And I only need to buy food if I live there. Good enough to manage my financial for now.
But then when I keep walking towards the alley, I bumped into a girl, a beautiful girl. She save my life alot, she give me a place to live, she give me food, she give me clothes, she give me everything that I need. What a nice girl really. She must've been older than me like 2 or 3 years. But she is super rich.
If I think again, why this girl doesn't know me if she is rich? She can throw me out when she hear that news about me. But if she already knew and didn't throw me out. Does she have a plan? Is she take advantage of me? Nah, I can't think like that. Even though she give me everything, she is also nice towards me. I need to repay her.
"So, Lia. What do I need to do to repay you?"
"You can do the house chores really. Because I'm super busy everyday. You can wash my clothes, dry my clothes, prepare breakfast and dinner, and more things like that."
"Only that?"
"Yeah. I mean it's the only thing that I can't do. So it's your job okay?"
When I hear that word. It really makes me happy. It feels like she is my parents. She accept me just like that, even though she doesn't know me.
But things like this, I don't want it. If she know the truth she should've kick me out from the house. I know that she probably already know what I do before. I need to confirm this.
"Lia, do you know who I am?"
"Yeah I do. You are Ray."
"No, I mean you must've know a rumour about me right?"
"Ah, that huh? I don't really care Ray."
"Why?"
"Because I know you didn't do a wrong thing. I believe in that."
Believe in me. She said that. Rin also said that to me and yet I leave her. She probably hate me already. But that's for the best I think.
"Thank you very much, Lia." Tears began to stream in his eyes. "I don't even know what I can do anymore. I'm worthless now. I can't do anything. I leave them all behind and run away from something that I shouldn't
She smile and without saying anymore word, she hug me. Ah... the feeling someone hug me after going through all of this. I don't know how to thank her for this. " Thank you Lia, thank you. One day I will pay all of this."
"You don't need to you know? Just live happily like before."
"Yeah, I will do my best, Lia!"
