Ryle clicked his tongue, ''Poor girl is living here and that heartless mother is roaming somewhere out there. Tsk."

''Did I tell you about it so that you can gossip with me?" Maxim crossed his arms in front of his chest. 

Ryle broke into a coughing fit, ''I will investigate her whereabouts. No worries.'' 

Maxim nodded. He had promised Diana that he would help her in finding her sister. 

Furthermore, now, with Dexter in the picture, it would be much more convenient with Daisy around. 

For whatever reason it was, Daisy hated men with a passion. She would not tolerate a man clinging to her sister, would she? 

Even though his motives were slightly dubious, Maxim did not feel a tad bit guilty. 

Diana had a weakness for pretty faces. It would be bad if she was duped by that man because of his face.
