章 733: Ambush

When Ling Chuxi and the others reached their lodgings, Su Yizhi and the rest of the Su clan had not yet returned. Apparently, they were preparing things for the trip to the former site of the Golden Pill Sect. Ling Chuxi and the others did not wait for them, and returned to their own rooms to cultivate. 

Late in the night, the city was silent, and only the sound of a gentle breeze blowing through the trees was heard. The breeze carried the cold of the mountain wilderness, like a clear spring cleansing the air.

No one noticed the two figures hiding nearby the place where Ling Chuxi and the others were staying. They stared at Ling Chuxi's window for a long time, their expressions malicious and their eyes glittering with murderous intent. 

A Blood-eyed Bone Wolf was lying at their feet, making soft growling noises.

The three of them hid in the shadows, full of hatred, waiting for the perfect opportunity to attack.
