Once Alex, Anny, and Samantha made it to their seats the third round had already started.
Looking for Emma's match they can see five Beyblades in each Battle Dome trying to beat one another as their owners are giving them orders leading the Beyblades making flashy attacks against one and another.
Alex seeing the match couldn't keep up as many flashes of lights made it hard to understand what's going on so he looked at all the matches to see if they were all the same and not to his surprise they were but one where he saw a white Beyblade moving at extreme speeds knocking out its opponents as it crashes into them before they can do anything.
It seemed to him that the white Beyblade followed the saying 'hit them hard hit them fast' as it leaves its opponents no chance to respond and opposing the time the opposing Beyblade landed it was outside the Battle Dome with little to no easy.
Seeing that match Alex felt it was one-sided and to confirm his suspicions the announcers that he wasn't really paying attention to started to talk about the match.
"Wow look at that! It seems that Ryan is going strong right off the bat as his Nitro Hound with its amazing speed is taking out all of its opposition knocking them off the stage." Rebecca
As the female announcer, Rebecca gives her comment Mayor Michael also gives his opinion on the match to the audience.
"Yes, it's quite unlucky as Ryan Nitro Hound thrives on battle royal, always striking at the opportune moments when they are distracted and along with its fast moments not giving them the chances to react it is basically just throwing them off the stage." Mayor Michael
"Yes, its strikes are just so precise as its hits are all on the right angles leaving all its opposing out of luck as they are disqualified by stage out even though some are still spinning." Rebecca
Hearing the female announcer statement Alex looked closely at the participants of that match and found out what she said was true.
Alex and everyone who looked to confirm where shocked, some more than others, as to do what Ryan was doing it took a whole lot of skill and practice as he needs to know what angles to strike and how much force they need to accomplish his feet along with keeping the same speed with every strike added to the difficulty but somehow Ryan is just doing that.
As the audience was still shocked the announcers kept talking about the match ignoring the audience shock.
"So, Mayor Michael it seems like Ryan will enter the top 5 again this year do you think he can defend his champion title or do you have any ideas who can win his title this year or maybe next year tournament." Rebecca
"Well, it's hard to say, Rebecca. Right now it may seem that Ryan will most likely win this year tournament once more but I'm sure within this past year many of last year's top 5 should have found a way around his Nitro Hound speed." Mayor Michael
Hearing his words the female announcer nodded her head in agreement before she spoke once more to the audience.
"Yes, you are right Mayor Michael. And I'm sure everyone knows that Rick, the last year runner-up, and Ryan have an interesting rivalry between themselves senses last year's tournament. I'm also sure everyone has heard of Rick evolving his Beyblade but as nothing has been confirmed we can't be sure but if true Rick can be seen as this year possible champion." Rebecca
Hearing her last statement the audience became excited as they start imaging the possible battle between the two rivals but the female announcer had more to say after talking about Rick.
"But we can't also forget about last year's third-place Emma Fieldwall, my daughter, as a brilliant strategist she should have a chance even if she doesn't win she will at least give both of them a run for their money like last year." Rebecca
Hearing her talk about her daughter Mayor Michael chuckled a bit because just like last year she boasted about her daughter and it seems that she still is a proud mother giving all her support to her children.
Thinking it would be fun to follow up on her claims Mayor Michael started talking to her once more and brought up her daughter's current match.
"Oh, if we are now talking about Emma Fieldwall let's look at her match if I remember correctly John Ivy last year 4th is facing her along with four other participants." Mayor Michael
After Mayor Michael mentioned Emma's match the flatscreen TVs started to show Emma's match were now only three Beyblades are left spinning and two other Beyblades are on the ground of the Battle Dome not moving becoming obstacles for the other participants Beyblades as they need to go around them or move them out of the way.
Looking at the battle of the three Beyblades everyone was surprised as the three Beyblades are in a standstill and it seems that it could be anyone game.
Rebecca seeing everyone's attention on the match gave out her commentary and speculation as she does to the other match while not giving a so concealed bias to her daughter in her commentary of the match.
"Oh, it seems that a three-way standstill has occurred and it seems that the only way for this match to move forward is if one of them comes up with a good strategy to break the standstill and keep an advantage." Rebecca
"I agree with your judgment but they should move fast as the first to strike will probably control the pace of the battle." Mayor Michael
As Mayor Michael was speaking it had somehow triggered one of the Beybladers gave out a command to his Beyblade prematurely as he felt rushed by Mayor Michael's words.
"West Ox-King, Earth Rampage!!!" Dan
Seeing someone finally making a move Mayor Michael kept on talking but started to focus on what is happening on the Battle Dome so as not to lose the interest of the audience.
"Oh, look at that it seems that participants Dan Creed had made the first move and it's an AOE move!!" Mayor Michael
After Mayor Michael states the current situation of the match Rebecca followed up the commentary.
"Yes, Dan Creed's West Ox-King attack Earth Rampage usually uses earth energy to make quick bursts of seismic tremors to force the ground to crack and jet outwards but because of the Battle Dome is made of steel it will just create mini earthquakes around it by using seismic tremors that can only disturb the movement of the other Beyblades. At best this move will just buy him time as its opponents can't get near his Beyblade or maybe he's hoping that the seismic tremors can cause a big enough disturbance enough to knock out his opponents Beyblades. What are your thoughts, Mayor Michael?" Rebecca
"I believe you're right and if I remember correctly last year he did the exact same thing when he'd panicked losing his chances to make to the top 5 as a prerequisite to use Earth Rampage his Beyblade can't move from its spot creating an opening for its opponents to take advantage of it." Mayor Michael
Again after Mayor Michael spoke about the match the participants acted on his advice.
Back at Emma's match everyone can see how the Battle Dome was shaking and as it was shaking the two Beyblades that stopped spinning are moving around the field as both Emma's and John's Beyblades are still spinning but are having problems as the shaking comes and goes disturbing their movements.
Emma hearing Mayor Michael's advice wait for the intervals of Dan's Beyblade attack while John made his Beyblade leave a good distance from the epicenter of Dan's Beyblade attack and waited for an opportunity to strike.
Once the intervals between the seismic tremors occurred Emma was the first one to make a move.
"Flame Unicorn use Blazing Strike!!!" Emma
After Emma gave out her command her Beyblade released its ethereal form and charged to Dan's Beyblade with its horn point straight to strike the Beyblade like a steady spear it struck Dan's Beyblade forcing it to leave its spot so it was unable to continue its move but wasn't able to send it out of the field.
Once Dan's Beyblade was forcing out its spot a backlash occurred making it unbalanced and start to wobble a bit.
Seeing Dan's Beyblade wobble John who was waiting for an opportunity to made a move quickly as not to give Dan any time to recover commanded his Beyblade to strike Dan's Beyblade.
"Go, Poison Thorn Vine!!!" John
Getting its command John Beyblade rushed from one of the sides of the Battle Dome and strikes Dan's Beyblade with a heavy strike to one of its sides making it fly in the air and stopped spinning leave it to fall on the ground of the Battle Dome joining the other two Beyblades that are laying on the ground.
With Dan's Beyblade out of the match, it only left Emma and John to battle against each other and the first one to move was Emma as she gave out commands to her Beyblade.
"Flame Unicorn, Flame Charge!!!" Emma
Getting its command Emma Beyblade once again charged to its opponent with flames following behind it.
John seeing Emma's Beyblade move didn't panic as he gave out a command of his own to his Beyblade.
"Poison Thorn Vine, Thorne Wall!!!" John
Once his Beyblade got its command it released its ethereal form making a wall of thorn vines appear to block Emma's move.
Emma seeing John trying to protect his Beyblade didn't stop her move but gave out another command.
"Flame Unicorn use Kindling Ember!!!" Emma
Once Emma gave out her command her Beyblade started to shine and it seemed to gain more power as it charged to John's Beyblade thrusting it to one of the nonspinning Beyblades making it slam into it harshly making its spinning a bit unstable as it was hit on two different sides in a short time.
Emma seeing her plan work didn't stop there and made her Beyblade continue its attacks on John's Beyblade.
"Flame Unicorn keep going until he's out of the ring!!!" Emma
Getting its command Flame Unicorn kept on its attacks not stopping for a moment.
John seeing his Beyblade continually being attacked and not getting enough time to recover was about to give out a command in hope to break out of his current situation but Emma didn't give him a chance by giving a command to her Beyblade to end the match.
"Flame Unicorn, Blazing Strike!!!" Emma
Once Emma's final command was given her Beyblade struck John's Beyblade once more sending it out of the Battle Dome and with that the match was over with Emma reaching the top 5 of the tournament once more.
With the match over the audience cheered for Emma's victory while she started to walk back to the waiting room and once she left Alex, Anny, and Samantha also left their seats to concatenated her at the waiting room.
