章 10: Bonding time (part 1)
I laughed like never before. All the other staffs were staring at me. The boys, peeped their heads out of the door. I turned towards them standing, and got shocked seeing them. "Im really sorry...(laugh)... I'm sorry...(laugh).... excuse me!" I said laughing and left them, and went towards my office.
I went to my office, put my bag down, sat on the chair and started thinking, the moment I saw Jimin's hair, which looked weird. Not only his, but Taehyung's also, due to practice. I giggled like shit and took out my phone. I called Mia and said,"Hey girl. How is your grandmother???" "Hi. Yeah she's doing better now. She got discharged yesterday." "Really??! You should have called me yesterday!" "Sorry y/n I was busy at the cafe. I needed money to buy medicines for her. Oh yeah, I forgot to ask. I couldn't see you at the coffee house yesterday. What happened?" She said. "Yeah about that. Can we meet today at the park near the cafe???" I asked. "Ok sure. I'll be free at 5:00. Maybe we can meet that time." She replied. "Ok bye Mia." "Bye y/n." I cut the call.
I heard someone knock the door. "Come in" I said. It was Jimin, who entered to my surprise. "Hey what is it." I said controlling my laugh. "I'm happy that you became our PA. Others and I wanted to invite you to dinner tonight, so we can get to know each other." He said. "Okay sure." I said, with a smile. "By the way, can I know the reason for your laugh??" He asked with an eyebrow pointing upwards. I giggled and replied,"Nothing..." "Tell me the truth, or else you know what you'll get." Before he could finish, he came near me and started tickling me.
When we were young, if he needs to know something, he would always tickle me to know the answer. I used to give up easily cause I couldn't control myself.
"Okay,okay. I'll tell you." I said laughing. "You and Taehyung looked so funny....(laugh)..... with your hair all pointing upwards." He looked into the mirror and realised, his hair was messy. "Here, come. I'll fix it for you."
I went near him and pulled his hair downward. My heart beated fast. I didn't know why. Why do I feel like this. I could feel him stare at me. His eyes were laying on mine. I diverted my gaze and said,"Done!" "Ghamsamida, y/n. And don't forget tonight. Okay? I'll come and pick you up." He said. "Sure. See you guys tonight." I said and went to see Mia.
*Time skip. At the park.
I went to the park and saw Mia waiting for me. I went and hugged her cause I missed her a lot. We both sat down. First thing I told her was that Jimin still remembered me. At first she was at shock. Then she felt happy for me. Second thing was,"Mia there is a thing that I need to tell you." She looked at me confused. I took a deep breath in and said,"I got fired, yesterday." "WHAT!!!!!" She screamed. "Calm down Mia. There is good news also." "Okay, tell me fast. I need a relax dose." I giggled and said,"okay, I got fired. I told Jimin about it. He offered me a job to be the idol group, BTS's PA." Hearing this, she hugged me tightly and said,"Jinjja! My y/n, I feel proud of you. One more important thing, please don't forget your grateful friend." She acted like a mother. I giggled at her and said,"Pabo. I still didn't finish. And guess what??" She again looked confused, but excited to hear what it was. "You are the idol group, BTS's, makeup artist!!" I recommended you, cause I know how much you love makeup and BTS." She pulled me and started crying. "Y/n. Your the best person in the world. Thank you so much. Thank you." "Hey come on. Don't waste your energy here only." Again she looked confused. "We will be meeting them tonight for dinner to get to know each other." She started jumping. Everyone around the park thought what was wrong with this girl. But we didn't care much. We left the park. She wrote a resignation letter and gave it to a co-worker, to give it to the manager.
We went to my house and were getting ready for dinner.
*time skip.
We dressed up and sat at the sofa, waiting for Jimin. Mia wore leather pants with a top tucked in, while I wore a crop top with a short skirt, which was black. (I loved the colour black.) After 5 mins, we heard the doorbell ring. "I'll go see." I said to Mia. She nodded. I opened the door, and saw Jimin and said,"Hey Jimin. Come in!" I closed the door and led him the way.
"You look beautiful, y/n." He said. "You too, look handsome." I said. He showed me THE CUTEST SMILE ever.
"Jimin, this is Mia. Mia this is Jimin. She is really a die-hard fan of your group. She will be your makeup artist also." Mia started blushing, while he put his hand forward for a shake. I shrugged her to get her out from her dream world.
"H-h-hi. I'm m-Mia." She said stammering. "Shall we leave?" I asked.
"Sure. After you ladies." Jimin said. We started giggling.
We went to the car, and I sat at the front, while Mia at the back. Cause she might do anything. Literally ANYTHING.
On our way to the dorm, we listened to music and sang out loud. We also talked about how Jimin became an idol. He said that when he got transferred, some group of people saw him and they wanted him to audition for it. By his luck, he got into the group and now famous.
"I still can't believe you guys were childhood friends?? I mean like seriously." Mia said out of now where. We both stared at each other and laughed.
"Our families were friends and we both were born on the same day. So you can say, we were friends from birth." Jimin said laughing. I hit him hard and he shouted,"ahhh y/n-ahh. You've grown so strong." "I hope you remember that." I said laughing.
"But you guys look like a couple!" Mia said suddenly. We got shocked and Jimin hit the break suddenly. I got scared. "Aniyo. It's nothing like that. We just miss each other." Jimin said. "Yeah! That's all. Nothing else." I said with an awkward smile.
We reached the dorm. We got down laughing. While, Jimin looked at us annoyed, cause it was about him. When we were about to ring the bell, the door suddenly opened. All the members were standing at the entrance. It looked like, they've been waiting for us to come.
"Hi y/n!" They all said together. "Hi guys. This is my friend, Mia. She is also your new makeup artist." I said with a smile. "Hi Mia!" Namjoon said. She got really red. As red as a tomato. Her bias was namjoon, when he called her name, she couldn't stop but blush. "Okay, come on in!" Jin said.
We went in and saw their dorm. It was so big enough for more than 7 people to stay. I looked at the kitchen area. The table was filled with mouth-watering delicacy and the kitchen looked clean and tidy. "Come and have a seat." Namjoon said. "Actually, can I look around the place, first. If you don't mind? Cause I love to explore things." I asked, a bit nervously. "She loves exploring things." Mia said. "Yeah sure you can go ahead." Yoongi said. "I'll take her." Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook said at the same time. "Why not all three of you show me?" I said smiling. "Sure. This way please." They said. "I'll help you guys set the table." Mia said. "Okay. So let's go." Jungkook said, with his bunny smile.
First they took me to their practice room. And then a library, which was big enough to fit a lot of people.
Then they showed me a room, where they commonly chat with other members. "It's quite nice." I said. "Yeah. Pretty big." Taehyung said, smiling. It was the first time I saw him smile to me.
"Guys, dinner is set." Hoseok shouted.
We went downstairs and saw them already seated. Mia sat next to namjoon. I giggled at her when I saw her sitting next to him. Then I sat next to jungkook who was in my right and Jimin to my left.
We prayed and then started eating our food. "It's really delicious." I said. "Seriously, it's not a joke. I've never eaten anything like this. The last time I ate like this is when my mom had cooked for me on my birthday." I said a bit sad. "Jinjja! Jin hyung and suga hyung cook for us. They're the best cooks ever." I couldn't stop thinking about my parents. Jimin saw me and asked,"y/n. Is everything okay?" "Yeah. I'm fine." I said in a low tone. "Guys. I'm not feeling hungry. I'll eat later. And can I know where the terrace entrance is??" I asked. "It's next to the library. I'll lead you." Jimin said. "No it's fine. I don't wanna disturb you. And thanks." I said and left.
I entered the terrace and looked up at the sky and.......
