章 88: Blood Bound (2)

"Don't act so cheeky before me. I am the sole reason that you are here today." 

His words echoed in the room as his eyes bore holes into Michael's head. He was more than angry. One thing which he hated the most was people being ungrateful, and that was exactly the young fellow before him was doing.

Michael was turning a blind eye to the fact that Diabolos was the one who had helped him, or more specifically, used him according to the situation's demands. But in the end, Michael did get what he wanted which was to be of some use to his befallen friend and crowned prince. 

Though he couldn't be held responsible for it either as the only memories which he had was bestowed upon him from the dark magic of the Devil himself. He was rather skeptical of them as he doubted their validity. But, since those memories were not pushing him forward to step into the dark, he was fine with them, for then at least.
