Gu Xin Ye glanced at the person sitting in the passenger's seat with a complicated look on her face. She watched as Qin Zhan fastened his seatbelt before retracting her gaze away.

"Qin Zhan, you didn't drive today?" Gu Xin Ye asked. She remembered that Qin Zhan owned a car. However, this was not the first time that she would give this man a lift. 

"I don't like to drive around the city," Qin Zhan said. "The traffic and the drivers in the city would make me angry. I would prefer to take the cab to go anywhere."

Gu Xin Ye pursed her lips and drove out of the basement parking.

She figured that Qin Zhan would lose his patience if he sat behind the wheels. It was better not to drive.
