章 247: Chapter 247
In the Wang Manor, Wang Yu's father Mr. Wang was furious. He had thought that Wang Yiran had changed but the situation was getting out of control. He could see the look in everyone's eyes when Wang Yiran was standing at the window, and how everyone looked at Li Zi Yun pitifully.
Mr. Wang was pacing the room deep in thought when Wang Yiran entered the room.
As soon as she saw her father, she said, "Father I did not do anything"
Mr. Wang stared at her plainly without saying a word, so Wang Yiran continued, "How many times do I have say this? Why would I want to kill her?"
Mr. Wang at last sat down and looked at Wang Yiran for a whole minute before speaking in a final tone, "I'm done with you"
Wang Yiran could not believe her ears, "what?"
Mr. Wang got up from his seat, "You're leaving tomorrow"
"What? Where are you sending me?"
When Mr. Wang did not answer, Wang Yiran shook her head, "I'm not going anywhere"
One look at Mr. Wang's face and she could see that her father was dead serious. Wang Yiran ran out screaming to her grandfather who was waiting outside.
"Grandpa tell dad I'm not going anywhere"
"You heard your father. You will be leaving tonight"
Mrs. Wang wanted to say something but one stare from her husband was enough to shut her mouth. Within the next few hours, Wang Yiran was on the flight along with Mrs. Wang's assistant. The assistant was sent to both protect and help Wang Yiran.
After Wang Yiran was taken care of, Wang Yu's father called his wife. He was truly horrified when he saw what happened to his daughter in law. He had seen so many accidents and murders take place around him but seeing his pregnant daughter in law in danger because of his daughter was not easy for him. Mr. Wang did not doubt his daughter; he knew that she was not stupid enough to look down from the window after trying to murder someone. He was sure that someone had used Wang Yiran and he was aware that Wang Yiran was in this situation because of her hatred for Li Zi Yun and someone had made use of that.
When Mrs. Wang entered the room, he said to her, "our daughter in law must have been shaken up by what happened. Something is going on and our son is not telling us about it."
Seeing that Mr. Wang was no longer angry, Mrs. Wang started, "you know that it was not Yiran who did that"
Mr. Wang scoffed, "if it was Yiran, do you think our son would have left her alone?"
"Then why did you…"
"Whose fault it is that she was in that situation? Do not talk about her now. I'm not letting her come home until she changes."
Mrs. Wang nodded her head.
Mr. Wang continued, "Ask our son to come home come with our daughter in law. I don't want them to stay alone anymore"
Li Zi Yun was walking down a long path. Someone tried to make her trip and fall but she balanced herself. She should not fall down; she cannot let the babies get hurt. Li Zi Yun then heard gunshots and she started running holding her stomach. Her stomach was so big and all she could think about was the two small babies in her stomach. Li Zi Yun ran, ran, and reached the end of a cliff and she has nowhere else to run.
Li Zi Yun was writhing in her bed. Wang Yu woke up feeling some movement next to him. He turned around and could see Li Zi Yun restlessly writhing in the bed and her body was covered in sweat.
Wang Yu whispered quietly, so that Li Zi Yun does not get startled since it was the middle of the night, "baby" but Li Zi Yun did not wake up.
Wang Yu turned on the lights in the room and started shaking Li Zi Yun trying to get her to wake up. He patted her cheeks forcing her to open her eyes, "Zi Yun"
Li Zi Yun woke up with a start. Wang Yu was looking at her worried and she could see his face close to hers. Li Zi Yun was shivering so Wang Yu pulled her close to him.
Wang Yu whispered in her ears softly, "Shhh Shhh its okay it's okay I've got you… Shhh…" Li Zi Yun placed her head on Wang Yu's chest and tried to sleep but when she closed her eyes she was reminded of the nightmare.
Li Zi Yun's hands moved automatically to her belly and Wang Yu also held her stomach protectively.
Wang Yu pulled her closer to him and stroked her hair, "It's just a nightmare. You're okay"
