章 469: A Life For A Life

In her Black Phoenix form, Vy easily beat Lilian. As both of them soar through the sky, Lilian attacked Vy with black fumes. But with a simple flap of her wings, all the smoke dispersed into the air. 

This greatly infuriated Lilian, causing her to be angrier than before. Vy looked down at Lilian. She quickly realised the blackened heart must be Lilian's weak spot. 

-If I can get hold of her heart, she would be as good as dead.- 

It was time for Vy to launch her attack. Vy shot a burst of flame from her open beak. A stream of black coloured flames rained down upon Lilian. She had no place to hide. Much to Vy's surprise, her flames simply flew through Lilian's body. 

"Hah! My body is made entirely out of smoke! Your flames can't hurt me!" Lilian declared with a hearty laugh.
