Min-Jung sat on the porch as she watched Alex tending to his garden.

"Are we going to tell Selena about us when she returns?" She asked Alex.

"We will have to. Don't you think it'll be weird if I introduce you to my family as my girlfriend, and she knows nothing about it?" Alex asked, turning to look at her. His gardening hat covered his eyes from view, but Min-Jung could guess his brow was cocked.

"Don't you think that might make her have false hopes of something going on between us? She's been talking so much about having a mother," Min-Jung pointed out to him.

"Let's not worry so much about that. My family won't be staying for more than a couple of days. Things should settle back to normal by the time they leave," Alex said, returning to his gardening.
