"Where are you going to so early in the morning?" Brenna asked with a yawn when she opened her eyes to see Grace standing beside her bed with a small travel bag. 

"Something urgent came up, and I need to take care of it. I was wondering if you could give me a lift to the airport," Grace explained as she looked down at Jeremy, who was still fast asleep. It was barely six in the morning, but grandma Rosie had woken her from sleep, saying her flight was leaving in an hour's time.

"Sure. Is Brad back?" Brenna asked as she stood up from the bed to stretch.

"No, he isn't. Rosie will explain the situation to him when he gets here, but I really need to hurry. The flight she booked will be leaving any moment from now," Grace explained anxiously.
