章 27: Life 27: The Phantom-Like Foe Part 2
As the two's date began to end - Furuichi walked Aoi home as he gave her a briefing of all the monsters lurking in the night-
"Aoi I know you know this too- but even Akuma isn't omnipotent that means that you can get injured and so much more if you encounter these monsters.
And for that I am making a wholehearted sincere reply to you-
Please don't go out in the middle of the night- for no matter other than a serious emergency of course.
I mean I'm sure you heard about that news report about those killings near the abandoned factories that were said to be done by Honshu Wolves-
But we know that is not possible they've been extinct for 3 centuries.
So please pay heed to your surrounding Aoi-chan- I couldn't bear to lose you...!"
"Ok mum!"
Seeing this he stopped her as he pulled her back and looked intently in her eyes before cupping her face upwards-
"I'm not joking Aoi- remember when Akuma saved us-
It was fate and I couldn't stand someone breaking our red string of fate-!"
"I'm Serious- Aoi-chan stay safe!"
And he ended his briefing as he hugged her intensely-
He would hate himself if she ever faced any dangers especially with what occurred at Fubuki Dam-
That was the stuff of nightmares and if not for Shiori he would have stayed a werewolf permanently.
Especially them damn Cats that were mutated to the extreme as they breathed fire whilst cutting through steel with a claw that was too damn messed up-
And with what remained at Fubuki Dam if I hadn't gotten there and stopped the dam from being touched with then millions could have died.
He didn't know what he would have done if millions of lives lost were on his shoulders...
Though Aoi, however, was just blushing as she looked up at Furuichi with intense fervour as she whispered goodbye before rushing home clearly flustered and blushing like a tomato.
And with that thought of Fubuki Dam again- he knew that someone had artificially created Zombies through the DNA traces of Vampires and Werewolves which meant that there were so many mysteries still out and about.
But as this happened suddenly Furuichi got a call on his Com-Ring- it was Shi-chan.
'What is it Shi-chan? Anything serious?!'
Hearing that from Furuichi- Shiori then began to inform her master of exactly what had happened recently and something sparked suspicious and deadly about it all.
'Master I've found another lab around Kurama City near the outskirts and well as you said-
I should up my security and I did with the help of Koken's servers I was able to monitor the outskirts much better and in doing so-
I think I've found the culprit to the Honshu Murders-

And as she said this I was given some files from Shi-chan and with that.
The recording began to play in my mind as I viewed it-
[In the blurry video, I could make out a figure in grey with a baseball cap and a lab coat as he rushed up behind a Young Man with some sort of syringe in his hands as he injected the Young Man- before he fell to the ground.
And after that - the person began to exhibit signs of sluggish and skin popping conditions as his eyes began to pop out whilst his insides were vomited out with his hands turning into a werewolf claw before he scratched his stomach before he lay dead.]
'Shiori I'm pretty sure this is the same person or someone affiliated with the laboratory in Fubuki Dam-
Keep an eye on that person- upscale the video and try to find a match- I'll send this to Agent 27 in Koken.'
As Furuichi seemed to have finally gained peace of mind knowing that the person-
No monster was nearly found that desecrated so many people and turned them into lifeless murdering and contagious toxic machines of plague and death.
But what was done to the cats was unforgivable to disfigure and mutate the cats to such an extent he was seriously angered he was giving no mercy at all-
That beast was to be locked up pronto!
'Also Master-
It has been about 36 hours since this footage was found and the only way I found it was by utilising the advanced knowledge you gave me when you helped me up into existence-
This and about seven other pieces of footage were found and they all tended to be at exactly 4 it is similar to the Cantonese 4 which closely resembles and relates to death-
Hence the connection as almost all deaths or failures or whatever occurs at 4 am.
This footage was taken from a camcorder that I tracked and connected to the cloud before copying the file with no trace-

After the call between him and Shiori he immediately called up Alexis-
Or Agent 27 if you will for backup and a plan to capture this monster and lock him up for good.
'Alexis- It's me Akuma thanks for all your help last time and about that field with the abstract symbols -
Well I think I've found the lead- I've received some information and evidence from a client and I'll send it as fast as possible to you.
But before I go on- this may sound extremely messy and crazy but-
I have found evidence that correlates to the Fubuki River incident being tied to the Honshu Murder attacks and could well be the same person committing the crimes.
And if not then through the help of this suspect hopefully we can transcribe the signs and symbols if our suspect knows anything and carry on the investigation if that is possible.
Also a tad bit of information- the tests and deaths take place at exactly 4 am just to be clear I am sending seven pieces of footage I hope this clears up the Honshu deaths!'
