レビューを書くI felt I had to update my review here. Witty, well-written, and hilarious. One of the absolute best novels on this site. The start is a bit abrupt, but the don't get lost in the initial uncertainty as it's an active component in how the story is built. Maybe the best overall in both character development and humor. The writing itself is top 3 as well. I can't recommend it enough!

This is certainly a very well written book, the plot is great, no grammar errors, nicely done comedy and romance plot is fine. It's just that books like these, long chapters, character build up, and word development tend to bore so so there will be times I sill stop reading. Regardless this is a real good book.
I started reading this novel, this weekend & I can’t stop myself. There is a sense of mystery to the plot. There’s not a lot of handholding while setting up the story & the readers are expected to understand some of the context on their own. That is the charm that has attracted me to this gem. It deserves far more attention than it’s being given right now & I kinda understand it now after being on the webnovel platform & seeing the general reading populace here. This novel is for mature readers who can make sense of stuff without whining mid-way of the story. It’s one of the more western titles that one can find here apart from The Lord of Mysteries & The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich (my other favorites apart from this one). Read this if you like: - A good plot - Well developed multi-faceted characters - Good humour - Suspense Don’t read this if you like: - Everything being made out clear to you from the start - Non-Dark plots - One dimensional villains - MC-System relationship with System doing 80% of the actual work. Basically, if you don’t like to think too much while reading a book & are into brain-dead characters, this is not gonna be your cup of tea.
This novel is great and I'd highly recommend it. I don't know why it's not more popular there are plenty of books that are bad but more popular then this one.
Sooo... How do I say this... I f*ucking love this! It's pure comedy gold (mostly incredibly stupid humor, but that's exactly what makes it this good!). To be fair it's a bit wobbly in the beginning but don't mind that, besides somehow it works even tho the story doesn't explain to much (I recommend reading the author notes and the authors comments, there's some worldbackgroud info in there, maybe the author could compose one or two auxiliary chapters for those Infos?). But the worldbackgroud, powerscaling etc. Isn't really that important because this book is a lot like the anime 'konosuba'. In the sense the the characters and their interactions are in the foreground, and the humor. Then again it is a lot darker than konosuba. I still haven't completely made up my mind about this but I very much enjoy reading this story! So keep up the good work author! And to everyone else, I hope I could help you get a better picture of the novel with my ramblings. Sorry for any messed up english, not my first language. Yours sincerely Korriberg
This book is great. The story starts off a bit confusing but interesting. 🔥👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👆👆👆👌👌👌
So I get that these are sort of adaptations of the author's D&D campaigns, but I really can't keep reading about all these new characters. Lone, Pale, Taree, Dragan, Wroe, and Lulu. These are Sol Invictus, and they are headed by the snake, Tycon. Without them, it's just a story about a snake interacting with a bunch of nobodies. The author spends ages on a massive arc with a bunch of idiotic, unlikable Holy Country mercenaries that he ultimately just kills off anyway, but before that he spent barely an arc with arguably the most interesting member of Sol Invictus, Lulu, aka a high level summoned devil that found out Tycon wasn't the old Tycon anymore, before she ran off to go somewhere else. Again. The sheer amount of potential squandered by sending her away instead of smuggling her into the *Holy* Country is staggering. Author, why are you introducing all these throwaway side characters when you had such a solid base of core and side characters? I want to see Princess Aurula, Sophia, and Korr again. I want to know how his territory is doing. I want to see how Korr reacts when he comes back. I want Lulu to cause chaos in the Holy Country. I want Pale and Taree to develop more. I want Lone to finally stop acting like a complete, useless fool. I want to know how Tamaki's parents reacted to his death. Do they even know? I care about the characters you established, but if all I can expect is for you to introduce new, less developed ones while summarily abandoning older, more developed ones, why should I bother spending my time and energy trying to get invested in the new characters? Why are you treating your story's strengths with such desregard? I have to drop this. These missions for the snake queen are supposed to be the core story, but without the core characters, they just feel like very long, very tedious side quests with characters I don't care about. I had really high hopes for this story. I thought the first side quest was really entertaining, even if it got heavily side tracked in the Hidden Sect. But I just don't have the patience for this story anymore. If you're going to write multiple disparate D&D campaigns without having a prevalent plot through line or characters to tie them all together, just write individual short stories for each of them rather than waste our time with Justus the Idiot and Zenon the towering non-entity.
ネタバレを明かすHonestly hilarious but Tycon did Bazra a little too dirty like way too dirty I genuinely felt bad for the guy instead of being able to just laugh at it after a while other than that this story is damn good
I just don't like the writing style and the jumping of povs without a single indication that it's happening, seeing the same scene twice, once for each person involved, it's just not my thing
I’m literally writing this off just the synopsis I can tell the author put a lot of time into this and it makes me expect good things from this book
Nice I really liked it. 10 out of 11 points. The only thing I miss is the Crawling Chaos the Haunter of the Dark Nyarlathotep. But sadly this isn't a Lovecraftian Story.

Top tier novel, one of the best on this website. Pro: Reasonable pace and wonderful world-building. Excellent writing quality Good guys die(which is sad but realistic and uncommon) MC with cool identity, personality and strength References here and there Komedy Written by a snake or dragon Con: Not enough chapter Conclusion: Read and ye will not be disapointed
This is the 69th review, how auspicious. The story is very good and must be written by a very handsome, well-adjusted person. It's about a snake, a most magnificent creature, who disguises himself as a human through magic. Being a human is confusing, of course, and the first parts of the story is about adjusting to his dumb slightly-more-human allies and trying to make them successful. Once he figures more things out, he kills people he doesn't like, and lives his best life. Hopefully, everyone lives happily ever after, from there. It tends to never work out perfectly-- probably because humans are involved.
This novel is good but I got a question.Whose soul did came in the body of protagonist 🤔 I can not understand this thing so can anyone enlighten me
So far so good I think ..I'm kind of a slow reader.. but everything that I have read has been really nice so I hope he gets more reviews.😊😊

I will give 5/5 but this novel is not my cup of tea. After reading 30-40 chapters I still don't know what exactly this novel try to be. In my opinion the most prominent flaw is general lack/chaos of world building. Next thing is blandness of humour and jokes. Dark humour or not it's lackluster in the long go here.
It's a good book there is stuff you could improve on but it's good I liked it the characters are nice and I don't know what else to write and yeah

I’m extremely confused about what’s going on and it’s twenty chapters in. But I really like the character interactions. The whole thing reads like a ridiculous manga comedy.
one of the best webnovels i've ever read, the author did really great making the characters alive with their interactions, its really enjoyable to read, also the autor kindly answers your comments and its also funny himself, i highly recommend reading this.
