章 14: Joining the alliance, Summercamp raid
I was smiling behind my mask as I finally arrived at the bar with Giran, Dabi, and Toga to find Toumura waiting for us. Dabi opens with the mother of all compliments and Toga is being energetic meanwhile I look around and say "A bit underwhelming." While HK besides me says "Commentary: I say we blast the meatbag and save you the trouble, Master."
Naturally Toumura dislikes that "Kurogiri fling these fuckers somewhere" they kept talking and I half listened until after Toga introduced herself then it was for me as I said "I'm Itachi and this bucket of bolts is HK-47" "Statement: You are a very harsh master, master. I like you." I then removed my mask to let everyone see my face and sealed it away for the meantime. Dabi followed my introduction and triggered shigiraki with his statement about Stain and we all started flinging our arms out to attack or in HK's case draw a blaster as Kirogiri redirects all our hands and we settle down and he tells us to comeback and try again.
It is exactly what happens as we meet up again this time a bit more successful since Toumura figured out his creed and to be honest I decided to give him a nice little mantra too. "Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion I gain strength. Through strength I gain power. Through power I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken." Everyone could feel the words reverberate in their mind and had a power to them but felt incomplete, it was missing something but couldn't tell what. I did use the force to make the words stay on the mind but the power they delivered was the code itself resonating with the members of the league.
Like a disfuctional little family we got along together and get to know each other and our quirks. Of course I revealed the truth of my origin which All for one considered as the prodigal son returning home and kept the doctor in the dark since he would want to study me rather than use me. Toga was annoying because she thought I was good looking but "Could use more blood" so it was like I was back in that cell on guard against random shanking.
Eventually it came time to raid the camp and capture Katsuki Bakugo for Toumura. I was really thinking about how best to do this since I could easily make this a nightmare and kill people but I could get another legacy token and one step closer to being strong enough to defeat all the Users as long as I can get their soul strength. In the end I decided not to push events any one way and go with the flow so when I was assigned to sticking by twice and dabi I was disappointed. I got to Dan the flames litterally with my wind style while also protecting twice so he can make his copies.
Safe to say nothing interesting happened for me until finally we started regrouping. There we were me, Toga, Dabi, and twice right when Deku, shouji, and Todoroki landed on top of compress. Dabi shot out his flame forcing them off him and we engaged in combat which is exaggerating it since Deku was in shitty condition from fighting muscular earlier. Even if he is stronger than canon Izuku that guy is no joke but it is for the best he gets captured since he is not really one to be controlled. I pull out my chokuto and engage in a fight with shouji as he dodges wildly looking to get away from the blade. He may be a big target but he has excellent spatial awareness and sharper senses so I can only get glancing blows off until suddenly Toga tries to stab me. I turn around overpower her slice get into her guard and break the genjutsu on her that Izuku cast.
I honestly haven't been wearing my Revan mask since joining the league since I want people to associate my face with the end of modern society so I switched to having a leaf village headband and a face mask like kakashi. So Izuku saw me and was honestly surprised that I'm here since I was supposed to be crippled but since I'm here he has to do something about it. We both activate EMS at the same time but then he was unprepared for the next thing I did which is shout out "The World!" As he sees a build up of some type of spiritual energy from behind me only to figure it out too late that I have a stand. With 4 seconds I have enough time to run up to Izuku and steal my original eyes away from him before time resumes and he screams out in pain.
"You betrayed me so it is only natural I take back what is mine, Deku" I say as I place them into a container and seal it away. "I will destroy this society and come out on top. When it is over you will regret ever trying to claim it for your own. I will fight to destroy everything you want to save." He is on his knees panting and trying to figure out what to do since he doesn't have anyone who can beat me in my current state but then things get worse as nomu shows up and kurogiri too.
I look to Nomu thinking if I should destroy the tracker but in the end it doesn't matter since the police will find us anyways from an anonymous tip. Shaking my head I pause time once more as I cripple Izuku's chakra network the same way he did mine to stop him from being able to use ninjutsu. Senzu beans are rare and expensive after all, he only got the one he had by luck so to thank him for that I spare his life. It was time to leave so I went through the portal with the others missing when compress got blasted.
When we got back we got praised and I showed them the eyes I stole and was told to keep them safe by All for one until a time we can hand them over to the doc for study. The others started trying to turn Bakugo while I planted subtle suggestions in his head along with a mind trick or two. I chipped in my two cents that once we destroy society it will be survival of the strongest he can be one of the strong things like that. I think he actually wavered and hesitated but still held on because of All Might.
I decided to catch a nap in the booth while waiting for the next event to play out. HK was a lot more conversational than I was with a rant "Any time you inconvenience or jeopardize yourself for another, is a vulnerability. In any event, I feel compelled to point out that your self-destructive path of pacifism and sacrifice will only lead to your doom. That may be a trifle melodramatic, but frankly, it is something that all Heroes should hear, and I have been rehearsing the speech for some time."
Eventually the tv shows the press conference and Bakugo blows Tomura's face hand off followed by the pizza guy showing up at the door. I wonder who the hell ordered pizza when I remember for some reason they said that instead of you know just going ahead and blowing the wall down like they did anyways. Hk being the joker that he is says "I am a law-abiding droid. Yes, indeed, law-abiding, that's me."
Trapped in Kaumi woods' binding I wait for us to be saved by All for One as All might gets real pissy that I stole his pupils eyes and are demanding them back the joke is he thinks he will get them. No one will, not with the blood seal, so I ignore him and look to gramps, I know that this isn't what he wants but I'll make it okay in the end. He will understand when he remembers me and forgive my actions I know it same as Momo will I just need more strength and time to help them understand I did it for them my closest family I'd do anything for their sake even protect them from themselves. Suddenly we are surrounded by the black sludge or whatever it is that teleports us away and to All for one at the nomu warehouse.
Once there we get to work on trying to capture Bakugo as All Might and AFO duke it out in the background to only find some students of class 1-A flying by. I'm surprised Izuku already has new eyes but looking at them to the cellular level I can tell this isn't sharingan anymore just normal eyes. I'd knock them down but I don't care about Bakugo he is an asshole and I've already put doubt in his mind at this point in time so instead I focus to the User who has decided to join us and try to kill me.
The fight starts with him trying to his me with a rasengan straight to the chest but he finds instead of me a piece of rubble while I'm behind him quickly dispatching with this water clone with a kunai and charge a chidori into the ground. Feeling wetness one my hand I pull it out and sense his life fading away as I ask the system 'I thought you said these guys were stronger than me what gives' [Most system users have zero combat experience and most die due to this fact. Not all fanfics are accurate. The difference is you and the system, you have been forced into death fights for a considerable amount of experience and which also includes your legacy from Itachi, Revan, Roxas, and Dio thanks to your time intergrating and synchronizing with them.]
[System users also are being suppressed by the world laws of this multiverse but as a natural born here your home multiverse the laws do not notice or suppress your strength. Lastly the strongest three users here to kill you and the system have trump cards and are veteran users that will be difficult to defeat.] Ignoring it I focus on the situation at hand which is us gramps is here knocking out Magne, Twice, and Spinner.
Gramps gives me more of a fight than ever before as he gets completely serious as I try to ward him off without fatal injury. So to distract him I shoot an Amaterasu at Mt. Lady's right arm, I curse myself for missing but I haven't used the technique in real combat since it is pretty lethal. He pulls off and goes to help her while we escape in Kurogiris portal away from the fight and to safety. "Damn that was pretty close." I say as we check out the abandoned warehouse we are in and settle down since Tomura is more focused on the outcome of the fight. I sigh sit down waiting for everyone else to wake up is pretty boring so I take a nap.
