章 16: We will rule this world
Standing tall on one of the tallest peaks of the Divine Realm, the All-Father Odin looks at his domain, Asgard, a city of gold and runes that could stop all manner of beings. Odin was not happy looking at his domain, as he knew it was not perfect as it was missing his fellow Asgardians, the Norse Gods to inhabit it.
As he stood there in his armor and divine weapon Gungnir in his hand, he sent his two ravens, Huginn and Muninn to Earth, seeking to know who to 'awaken' amongst the Asgardians.
He was amongst the Deities that had captured the invaders, thus he was given a reward in the form of expanding the Norse Pantheon, gaining more traction than the other Deities.
Waiting for a couple of hours, his ravens return, sharing their knowledge with their master. Listening, Odin frowned as he realized he was one of the most ignored and isolated Chief Gods. The number of people who knew him was many yet those who worship him are few and far between. Amongst the Norse Gods, his son Thor and his brother Loki are more recognizable than himself, the All-Father.
Letting go of his spear, Odin holds a token in his hand, fiddling with it, as his mind wanders; since if he created a Norse God, it wouldn't help his situation much in the world, why not create something to bid the time by?
Crushing the token, Odin thought about the person he wanted to create and a swirl of power emerged creating the most beautiful goddess Frigga, the Goddess of Asgard, Fertility, Peace, Fate, and Motherhood.
A beautiful blond hair woman that stood taller than the average woman at 2.5 meters tall but still remains beautiful and attractive. Her eyes were close, seemingly not willing to see the tainted world, on her golden locks, a crown made of green plants whose petals we're in full bloom. She is wearing a long white one-piece dress that entraps her attractive figure.
The goddess' appearance was accompanied by the skies of Asgard turning golden and reddish misty hue that made one heartbeat increase and desire to possess the most beautiful thing in the world to fester at their hearts.
Frigga 'look' around the surroundings with her close eyes, noticing Odin who was standing there in his armor. She approaches him and holds his hand, acting intimately with him.
Odin had complicated emotions as he looked at his wife Frigga. He knew everyone inside the Divine Realm was not real, none of the Deities truly exists. The consciousness of men created them in order to explain the mysteries of the universe. He knew the myths surrounding him, which include him being lustful and having many children with all manner of lifeforms. In all that time, the one to look over his children was not him, Odin, nor their true mothers, it was Frigga who remained silently at his side, never questioning whatever he planned.
Odin decided in this life he would allow his woman to be happy and worry-free, however, that would mean many gods vital to the Norse Pantheon would not be born, such as Thor.
Holding the hand of Frigga, Odin decides to speak after thinking for a moment, as he opened his mouth, Frigga kissed him and shook her head, " You cannot be selfish and only be with me. You have a great destiny, one that doesn't involve you alone, it involves those that come after you as well. I may not know what we are doing here, but it cannot be mistaken that we have escaped Ragnarok or been reborn from it. I see many things in the future, yet I cannot speak of them; as it would lose its course if it's known. Fate is like a child, once you scare it, it will be afraid to move forward, that's why we must let it run its course. Even I must track along this path that I know may lead to my death." Frigga's voice was so soft and soulful that it could cause rocks to bend and mountains to crumble. Everything about her was full of attractiveness but beneath that lies a goddess that not even Odin dares to belittle at she doesn't lose out to him in prowess or wisdom.
Odin nodded, pulling her into his arms as they stared silently at Asgard, the realm of the Norse Gods. He believes everything his wife said but he notices that she was not like him, she is under the impression that Ragnarok is what brought them here. She didn't want to change or diverge off the path of fate but she didn't realize she already had; meaning that he could make the Norse Gods far stronger and more united than before as he could conquer them one by one, stomping down on any rebelliousness in one go.
In the Divine Realm, there lies an area that is called the realms of Gods by the Deities. In this area, a huge scroll floated on it, names of pantheons and the individual in that pantheon we're written underneath them. This is also the core of the Divine Realm.
The scroll was constantly flashing as new news was being written down. If one focused closely on the scroll, one would notice that half of the scroll was faintly turning black, as names written in crimson blood appeared.
Babylon Pantheon: Chief God: Marduk( God of Creation, Vegetation, Justice, and Magic)
Goddess of Dragons, Tiamat
Christian Pantheon: Chief God: Yahweh( Creation God, Lord of Heaven, the embodiment of Good)
Dark Goddess Lilith
Etc…
After the names in blood were names written in golden light.
Chinese Pantheon: Chief God: Jade Emperor( Ruler of the Three Realms, Heaven, Earth, and Hell. Controller of the Universe, Supreme God.)
Yellow Emperor Xuanyuan
Akan Pantheon: Chief God: Nyame( Creator God, Sky Father, the Observer, and the Spider)
Earth Goddess Asase Yaa
Etc...
As the names kept on increasing, the energy of the Divine Realm increased, making the realm becoming increasingly more firm.
The barriers around the realm of Gods fluctuated constantly as an arm was reaching for the God Scroll, with greed and burning ambitions in her eyes. As long as she grabs the scroll, she will become the ruler of the Divine Realm.
Just a little bit closer, her soul said urging her along. The tip of her finger touched the scroll, pushing it further from her grasp, yet she did not give up, her dream and ambition will not allow her to. She will show this world that all men, whether they be Deities or men are not superior to them, women. No matter what time of day, we will rule this world!!!
