章 38: You Are

"Kristen!" a voice rang out in the premises of a grand mansion.

Donned in black casual shirt and joggers, Kristen ignored the call and briskly walked down the stone path paved in the lushness of a beautiful garden but was quickly tailed by a petite woman.

"Kristen! Come back here, I'm talking to you!" the female voice rang out once again as she quickly followed after the unresponsive lad.

Halting in his steps just right beside a bush of yellow daffodils, Kristen who had both hands in the enclosure of his trousers turned his head slightly to face the woman that had been on his neck since the very day he was born.

"How could you just walk out on your father and I like that?! Do you really still see me as your mother?!" Susan bellowed, her fair face getting red.

Seriously, this child would be the death of her.

When he was unconscious she'd be sick with worry but when he was awake he'd want to anger her to death!
