Don't get me wrong, the story is amazing, quality far higher and beyond that of most anything you can find in this site, it even puts many of those pay to read novels to shame. But I just can't take any more pain... I grieve, I wallow in sadness and I feel the mc's suffering as if it was my own. It's dark. It's hopeless. I can not read anymore because I fear for my own well-being. I am going back to the 'stupid go lucky' wish-fullfilment fanfictions, for I don't want to know any more of what real struggles look like. Ignorance is bliss, and I embrace mediocrity.
