He said, "Hello, you must be the new student we heard about. I'm Ah Mo. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Xue Lin froze for a second. 

'I wasn't expecting to be so forward,' she thought.

She gave him a robotic nod. "Xue Lin."

From outside the school, Ge Chen chuckled when he heard her answer. 

He was looking at her through the window. With a small speaker he attached to her bag, he could hear everything she said.

'That's why I was telling her to practice with me. Look at her now,' he thought in amusement.

Ah Mo stared at Xue Lin, not sure if she was being unfriendly or just not good at talking to people.

The girls around them glared at Xue Lin.

From the moment the new student entered, they didn't like her. They looked at her clothes and got envious. 

And now their crush Ah Mo was talking to her and she was being rude to him.

"What a nerve of this bitch," one of the girls muttered.
