When his men received a call from an anonymous caller informing them that their President wants to meet him, his people humiliated the person. After all, it doesn't happen every day when a random person pops out with the audacity to ask for governor.

But after five minutes, his office and villa were raided by the income tax department and his men received another call from the same number asking him if he was willing to meet their President or not. Realizing what was going on, his men informed him about the situation immediately.
