章 119: Underestimated her enemy

Seeing him feeling sad, Parth felt a tug in him. He didn't feel such personal empathy for anyone before. It wasn't a pity or sympathy. He just felt sad because he already considers Krish as his people. Whom he wants to protect. But here knowing how much he must have suffered, made him feel downhearted.

Initially he only knew that the kid was an orphan. But now he knows the whole story. He vaguely remembers the times he met his parents. And not just that, he clearly remembers the image of him and his sister in the room of their funeral.

He remembered how that girl, his sister was sitting there, staring at her parents photo with no emotions in her eyes. He remembered how she looked all destroyed but even then her one hand was still patting her younger brother's back who was hugging her on her lap, so that he would sleep peacefully.

Just the thought of that image made him feel regretful.

With a deep inhale Parth asked Krish. "Where are you going?"
