章 34: Chapter 34: Crazy 1

Since Shen Jun Shan went out to eat with Qiao An, Amy Shen was left alone at home. Since she had nobody to accompany her eating, Amy Shen decided to eat out. Since Shen Jun Shan used their car, Amy Shen resolved to call for a taxi.

Since both of them were living in one place, Amy Shen is always with her brother. She never had the thought to buy herself a car. Now that Shen Jun Shan might go out frequently, Amy Shen thought that she should buy herself a car for her convenience.

Amy Shen arrived at the Moon and Star Restaurant. The place was usually vacant during the day, but during dinner and weekend, the area was typically crowded. Amy Shen felt some regrets in her heart. If she knew that the restaurant would be crowded, she would have gone to Lucky Star Restaurant to eat fish soup.

Amy Shen entered the restaurant and looked for the unoccupied table, but it seemed as if every table was occupied. Amy Shen asked for a private room, but the waiter told her that all of the private rooms were fully booked.

Amy Shen went out of the restaurant with a sad face and she, felt so down. Now she needed to find another restaurant. That means Amy needed to find a ride. At this time, Amy Shen wished that she had bought her own car last year.

"Amy?"

Amy Shen looked towards the direction of the voice. She saw Jin and her face lighted up.

"Brother Jin"

Her voice gave the impression as if Amy Shen was overexcited to meet Jin.

Jin felt delighted. "Why are you here?"

Amy Shen told Jin about her circumstances and of how the restaurant was fully booked. She told Jin of how Shen Jun Shan had a prior engagement with his friend but left out the piece of news where the 'friend' is Qiao An. Since Amy Shen knew that Jin had a lousy impression towards her brother, she did not dare to disclose the information that Shen Jun Shan was having dinner with Qiao An.

"Ah, what a coincident. You can join me for dinner. It just happened that I booked one of the private room here. Since you are already here, might as well join me for dinner. Amy Shen agreed immediately.

Jin and Amy Shen had a normal conversation but one, thing Jin caught on about Amy Shen would be her tendency to order a lot of food. Jin had a déjà vu.

"Are you sure you can finish all these?" Jin already knew her answer but, he asked anyway in case Amy Shen's conscience will return to her. Amy Shen nodded absentmindedly.

The only thing on her mind would be the food, Amy Shen did not care about anything else. For example, the disbelief look Jin was giving her at the moment.

Both of them ate in silence, and Jin purposely ate slowly so that he could eat more when Amy Shen pushed all the food she could not finish to him.

Wait. What?

Jin looked at Amy Shen, who ate, giddily. Why would he thought that Amy Shen would ask him to eat the food later? Jin shook his head and continue eating.

"Brother Jin…"

He knew it! Jin looked at Amy Shen, who was, smiling awkwardly towards him. That's it! Jin will have to sound her out for ordering too much and not able to finish everything. It was not a good habit to order a lot of food only to waste them later on. It was a good thing that he was around, if not, who else will eat the food it's not him?

"Just give it to me" Jin confidently spoke to Amy.

Amy Shen showed a baffled face and pointed towards the door of the private room, which was left slightly ajar. Shen Jun Shan turned around to see the direction where Amy Shen pointed her finger.

"A vengeful creature is stalking us. I could feel its thirst for blood. Should we tell the waiter about it?

Jin did not feel anything, but since Amy Shen said someone or something is stalking them, maybe it was not a big deal to talk to the waiter about it. Jin stood up and walked towards the door. Before he reached the door, he heard a voice.

"Excuse me, miss. May I know what you are doing here? This is our private room. Other people are not allowed to be here".

Jin opened the door wide to see a waiter and a familiar lady.

Cleo.

"Cleo? What are you doing here?" Jin did not expect to see Cleo in City L.

Cleo turned to look at him viciously.

"Huh! You don't expect me to be, right? No wonder you are adamant about breaking up with me. It turns out that you have another girl with you. Who's that slut? I'm going to teach her about her place."

Cleo walked towards the private room and attempted to enter the room, but Jin blocked her, this made Cleo furious because she thought that Jin was protecting the lady inside.

"Come out, you slut! I am going put you in your place today" Cleo shouted like a crazy woman. The other customers in the restaurant turned to look at the commotion.

"Cleo, stop it," Jin spoke in a low voice.

Cleo slapped Jin right there, and while Jin was taken aback by her violence, Cleo rushed in to grab the lady, but before she was able to do that, she stopped in her track when she realised the identity of the lady.

"Amy Shen?" Cleo frowned.

"Chloe?" Amy Shen stopped eating and stood up.

Jin looked at the two ladies. How did they know each other?
