The novel is good, but there is the constant security of LX there so the tension is a bit meh, the MC also advances easily. Women are also looked down on, there aren't allot high ranked female cultivators because they take care more of their looks and social image? That's complete bullshit, there are plenty of men who also only care about that. Overall it is enjoyable and I'd recommend this for binge reading (damn that is allot of chaps), but if you want a intense and emotional story with ups and downs I won't recommend it to you.

But most of all I love the MC, he gets into all kinds of trouble. Though there is not much about his pets... It's quite detailed enough. I love the interaction between the ML and the MC.
