章 84: Let's Go to Paris
What if she really brings bad luck to Wang Kai?
Xiao Ni looks at Wang Kai probingly, Wang Kai gives her the same look. "I heard you are out from the forbus list?"
Wang Kai almost laughs out loud the moment Xiao Ni mentioning the forbus list. Now, what exactly is this girl has heard?
When did forbus list define how rich someone is. Everybody knew, there will be always someone whose too rich and powerful to included on the list.
Those people usually did want to let the public know they alive.
"Yeah, what's the problem?" He was rather amused by Xiao Ni's guilty face.
Xiao Ni face drought, she leans back to the pillow as her eyes turn somber. Finish, it's finished, she brings bad luck to her amazing husband...
She will drag him down until he realized and finally leave her. Well, she did overdramatize right now. But really, did she bring bad luck for him?
In amidst of her struggle, she failed to notice Wang Kai's movement of slow approaching her. Only when she blinks and opens her eyes, she sees Wang Kai's standoffish face and playfulness on his eyes.
She is so busy with her mind that she did not realize he was he is facing her really close.
"What is running on that little brain of yours, hmm?" He was so close that Xiao Ni could felt his hot and minty breath. Her heart beats widely that she swears she could almost hear it. Xiao Ni's lips were tightly sealed.
Her trembling hand makes its way to Wang Kai's wide chest. A strange sensation creeps into Xiao Ni's nerve when she realizes his heart beating on the same page with her's. She blinked and finally smack his chest. "Go away!"
She fended him off brusquely. It was definitely her defensive mechanism to hide her shyness. Wang Kai caught her little hand and his smiles turn wider. "I don't want it."
Those phoenix eyes enjoying Xiao Ni's clumsy movement as she keeps trying to push her away. His boyish grin grew wider as if he is saying, I'll keep teasing you and there's nothing you can do. "Go away or I'll endanger your future, again...."
Both of them suddenly remember that an accident occurs in Wang Kai's apartment. The one where she wanted to run away when he wanted to kiss her, same position, same person, different place.
"..."
Wang Kai's face darkens but he did not move from his position, he merely makes a few inches distance away from Xiao Ni.
However, in a split of seconds after watching Xiao Ni began to daze off again, he changes his mind. Like a strong powerful lion eyeing for its prey, he attacks without alerting.
The next second, His hand has covered Xiao Ni's nape, thumb warmly placed over her cheek and his thin lips dominating her soft lips.
Xiao Ni was jolted and flustered when the second she realized what he had done to her. His eyes were closed as he keeps doing his things. Xiao Ni felt a butterfly flying around her stomach. Wait, it's not an only butterfly, the whole damn zoo is there.
Her knee turn soft and her morals melted within his game. In the end, she closed her eyes and fall into his trap.
When they almost lost their breath, Wang Kai stopped and intensely look at her. His thin lips rose into a wide smile. Xiao Ni was dumbstruck as she felt dizzy.
The moment she regains her sanity, her eyes flare up and give Wang Kai a disdain looks. "Wang Kai! You even take advantage of a sick person!"
Instead of being insulted or angry, he chuckles. "So you found out, ah! I'm indeed taking advantage of you. Happy, sad, healthy, sick, as long as it's you I'll always take advantage of you!" he even looks proud as he said this shameless sentence.
Xiao Ni was a loss at words, she just wanted to quickly kick this man out of his ward now.
Wang Kai ignores Xiao Ni's angry face that she directed for him. Instead, he pulls her face toward him again. "Now say, what bothers you or don't blame me for taking advantage of you again!"
Her face flushes with anger the more he put pressure on his hand, ending squeezing Xiao Ni in between.
"Ahhhh!!! let me go! let me go!" she cried out in annoyance. Her protest makes him wanted to tease her even more.
"Quick! tell!" He commands.
He really wouldn't let go, even after so many ways, Xiao Ni had tried. In the end, Xiao Ni finally blurted out about the 'bad luck' she bought to him.
Wang Kai couldn't stifle his laugh after hearing her reason. The reason why she looks so bothered is that she afraid of bringing bad luck to him?
"Now that you lay it out like that, I realized you might really bring bad luck to me." Wang Kai said with a serious face.
A burgeoning sense of uneasiness starts to spread inside Xiao Ni's head. She becomes wary she pursed her lips. "Fine, I bring you back luck, div... hmph."
Sure enough the tongue and take advantage of her again. But this time Xiao Ni is really offended by him, she pushes him hard.
"Don't even try to mention divorce in front of me. Stupid, the only thing you bring to me is good luck and fortune." He cut her after the kiss.
He smiles and ruffles her head. "Other people are irrelevant, from now on, you should only believe in me."
Bad luck? she gives him the chip they needed for rescuing aunty Wang Ju without even hinting a thing to her. If it's not fated and their heart just took the same pat doesn't know how to explain that.
There are creases appear on Xiao Ni's forehead in response to Wang Kai's words. "I might as well believe in ghosts rather than believing you!"
The next thing heard from outside the wards is Wang Kai's laughter.

Xiao Ni comes back home the very same afternoon. She is leisurely playing with her 'children' when Ye Na called her.
She talks for several minutes about her condition. "I'm fine, I passed out because I barely eat anything yesterday."
She can hear Ye Na's relief sigh and cheerful tone. "That's a reliever, I thought it was because of Bai Jing's nonsense. You should look at Wang Kai's face when he arrived. He looks very furious."
"Oh... I don't know that..." Xiao Ni chimed in.
"of course you don't know, you are unconscious at that time. Up until now, I still scared of how he scolded Taylor!" Ye Na blurted out.
Xiao Ni gasp as she almost screams out. "What? be scold Taylor?"
"Umm.. yeah, he apparently said Taylor has failed his job twice. blablablablabla..." Xiao Ni was utterly speechless as Ye Na basically repeated every word Wang Kai said to Taylor.
She also included Wang Kai's angry expression. How his eyes were bloodshot red, his breathing very heavy and look like be could lose his mind in any second.
He did not look like he just went crazy phase when she woke up. Instead, he could start taking advantage of her, hateful!
The right moment when Wang Kai leisurely walks after fresh showers.
She shot him a dagger eye then quickly averted her gaze in horror after seeing his condition. He only wrapped only in a towel to cover his lower body, the shameless man got more and brazen every day!
"Anyway, I'm so sorry for making you visiting Bai Jing. I regret it myself, turn out the one I trust is the one who betrays me..." Ye Na clearly sound upsets and down.
Xiao Ni's lips twitched, she remembers Bai Jing yelling at Ye Na about stealing documents from Ye's family. For sure, Ye Na would never forgive Bai Jing again.
But why she can't seem to remember what Bai Jing had said her?
Xiao Ni was hesitating to ask Ye Na about this but interrupted when someone rings the bells from outside. "I see, Ye Na, I need to hang up right now, someone is coming, see you later."
She bits her goodbye to Ye Na as she peeks from the intercom whose coming. This time around, Wang Kai has come out wearing his casual hoodie and short pants, he looks so youthful, far from his images when he wears a suit.
"It's probably the boys, I'll go get them." He said before he went to open the door. Xiao Ni raised her eyebrow and follow him close from behind.
When they open the door, Ji Cun Xi, Jian Jun, Guan Xian along with Xia Sha who looks not too pleased greet them.
"I bought chicken and beer! Let's play!" Ji Cun Xi said. They treat it as if it's there in the place. Xiao Ni shook her head and approach Xia Sha.
"Hey, what are you doing here?"
Xia Sha roll her eyes, she asks as if she missing the obvious. "Your brother forces me, he said something about cheering you up while they cheer Wang Kai up."
Xiao Ni's lips twitched. What is this, seeing them did not cheer them up ah...
"See, I've told your brother. To make a woman happy, you just need the money and a one-way ticket to Paris." Xia Sha added, slowly walking with Xiao Ni.
Xiao Ni nods her head affirmatively, strolling vintage shop, hunting for a couture collection is the way to cheer her up.
The men's group has made their way to the living room, setting a game console as they chatter and laugh.
Suddenly a brilliant idea just crosses her mind, with the famous mischievous gaze she pulls Xia Sha's hand to the dining room.
Answering Xia Sha's confused face she said, "Let's go to Paris!"
