章 15: A legend was born
"Hello, Mr. Morgan" Said Ana.
"Hellos Miss. Ana, what brings you here today?" Asked the man in front of us.
The man had a short white hair and what it seems to be a tuxedo.
"Mr. Morgan, I bring the new student" Said Ana.
"Hello, Mr. Morgan, my name is Noah"
"Oh? So, this is the rumored genius among geniuses" Said Mr. Morgan while looking at me.
"Rumored?"
"You didn't know? You are the topic among everyone on the campus" Said Mr. Morgan.
"…"
I looked back at Ana.
"It seems that the small… incident that we had at the cauldron was divulged faster than I expected, a lot of mages have their eyes on you, of course, you didn't notice because you haven't left your house since that day" Said Ana.
"Well, it was a matter of time"
"Kid, you seem to be pretty intelligent for your age" Said Mr. Morgan.
"I wouldn't have been able to enter the magic academy if I wasn't"
"…" Mr. Morgan didn't say anything.
"Anyway, Mr. Morgan, we came here for the usual, we want to know the element of Noah and retrieve the student's uniform… oh! And also, the wand" Said Ana.

We followed him to the back of his store.

He gave me a small wand… which looked pretty familiar…
"This wand…"
"This wand is the most common artifact, it can refill your mana and your stamina, in a small quantity, but it's something… however, that's not its principal function, the principal function is to help you with your spells" Said Mr. Morgan.
However, I only heard the first half on the sentence, because, when I heard the description, my focus was on the small wand that Mr. Morgan had on his hand.
"Excuse me, can I ask you something?"
"What is it? Little boy" Said Mr. Morgan.
"Can this wand be updated?"
"Excuse me?"
"Can this wand be updated?"
Mr. Morgan looked at Ana and she looked back at me.
"Noah, this small wand is only an artifact used by apprentice mages, there is no need to update it…" Said Ana.
"Are you crazy!? This wand can save the game in the early stages is the difference between a kill and be killed!" I shouted on my mind.
"What's more, the formula for this wand is so basic that there is no room for improvement" Added Mr. Morgan.
"Formulas…"
When I though about the formula, something in my head made a small *DING* sound.
"?"
I closed my eyes and an interface appeared, this interface was a little bit different from the previous cards interface, it had what it seems to be maps on it.
"This can't be… right?"
Let's test my luck
"Improved wand recipe" I though.
Suddenly, one of the small maps surged from the rest.
"Ugh!" I felt a small pain in my head and, when I opened them again, I was back with Ana and Mr.Morgan.
"Noah?" Asked Ana.
"Ah, no… I was a little bit absent minded, that's all"
Ana looked at me once more.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, let's continue with the exam"
I really want to go home right now… after all, I had the formula in my mind, but I don't know how much it would stay there.
"Sure, come here" Said Mr. Morgan.
Mr. Morgan took put a tablet and put it in my hands.
"This table will determinate your element, or elements…" Said Mr. Morgan with a small chuckle.
"Don't bully him" Said Ana.
"I am just joking Miss Ana" Said Mr. Morgan.
Now, what to do…
Okay, I have two choices now.
The first one is to go for QUAS and let them think that I have a water element attribute, this has its merits, after all, the QUAS element only have water properties and it will let them think I only control one element, I would pass a small genius with one element, I will be the talk of the mages for some time and that would be it, it's a good choice…
The problem is Ana and Maxwell.
They both have seem my tornado… that can't possibly pass as a water element spell, that would make Ana suspicious, and, by the looks of it, she has this tendency to poke out in other people businesses.
It would be troublesome if this gets to the ears of Miss Jupiter…
The other option, is to use my Wex and let them think that I have dual elements of Thunder and wind, that would attract A LOT of attention, too much attention. But, it will save the possibility of becoming a lab rat for Miss Jupiter.
What's more, that would let me use my spells more freely, after all, the only power that requires only Quas is [Cold Snap] however, for Wex, I can use [EMP], that's a hell of a team fight…
So, after considering both options…
"WEX, WEX, WEX" I murmur.
I put my hands on the tablet and the tablet made flashy light.
I let the flow of mana travel from my body towards my arms and let them go through the tablet.
"The tablet changed colors to purple, so he is a thunder element magician, that's quite the rare element, its good in offensive and has a lot of versality" Said Mr.Morgan.
However, Ana didn't commend, she still looked at me.
I knew what she was thinking.
"Wait, what is happening" Mr. Morgan
The tablet suddenly changed… the already pure purple color trembled.
"No, no, it's not possible-" Trembled Mr. Morgan.
Ana only smiled.
Finally, the purple color changed to a emerald green like color, and it kept changed between the both.
"A-a-a-a-a Du-du-du-dual element mage, a kid actually-" Mr. Morgan kneeled on the floor.
"A five year old dual mage" Said in disbelief Mr.Morgan.
"Noah" Said Ana.
"Yes?"
"It seems that you will cause more of a commotion than what you already have" Said Ana with a cheeky smile.
"It's not my fault though"
That day, for the first time in the history of the mage academy.
A dual mage with less than thirteen years was born.
