While Brie was out on her friendly date, Lu Fang was inside the study with Tyler. The boy had requested the man's time, hoping to let out his innermost thoughts and sentiments. 

They were both seated on a couch across from each other when the man asked, "What is it, Ty? Why does it seem like you came all the way here to see me?"

"I did, uncle. I did," said Tyler as he massaged his hands together. "I wanted to speak with you in person."

"Well, go ahead," said Lu Fang. He leaned back and crossed his legs, waiting for Tyler to start. 

"Uncle, I - like Brie… more than just a friend," he said. "You may think I'm still young, but I've secretly loved Brie for years."

Lu Fang shook his head and leaned forward. He said, "Then why did you get into a relationship with another girl?"
