章 4: Training and tutoring

After our introduction the old man (who turned out wasn't that old) took my training as his life goal he refined my swordmanship and helped me open my fourth meridian so that I could house elemental energies within me.He tutored me on the rich history of the empire it's initial rise and of the dread beast wars.He proudly told me that he had been a young and talented general and had met my grandfather on the battlefield he had understood my grand fathers reason for deserting when I questioned him on the reason and he went silent.He himself was said to be a legendary General in terms of skill but his exploits were foreshadowed by those of his fellows.He had retired at the age of 30 and was given his own noble houses compensation for his service in the army.I attentively say through his lectures asking questions where warranted.soon my true training at the school would begin.
