When the other representatives began to show up Ra was already lying flat on the ground and completely bored out of his mind.
Thousands of tiny mana bubbles floated in the air surrounding him, many of them aimlessly circling a small area.
Ra also controlled two lines of bubbles to face eachother, one side was composed of Yellow bubbles and the other side was Red bubbles, these two factions seemed about to fight.
Ra glanced at the arriving members and his eyes shined, quickly waving them over, he transferred control of the Red bubbles to Yu who seemed to look down on him with disdain even as she accepted her role, quietly hiding her smile beneath a cold facade.
"Oh, me too, can I join?"
Ra nodded, transferring control of the Blue bubbles to Merlin Wyllt.
"The bubbles are not simple, use your imagination." he winked
"Begin!"
Ra immediately went on the defensive, Gathering his Yellows into a tight circle, a small cannon formed at their center firing into the dense crowd of Reds rushing toward him, they scattered to minimize casualties, still losing many in the process, The Blues were much more clever, directly splitting in two directions and attacking the Yellow cannon from opposite sides, striking at the scattered Reds as they went, However, The Yellows were not to be outdone, decisively dissolving the cannon, The bubbles became miniature demons, moving like trained infantry, they slaughtered their way through the incoming Blues, savagely attacking them.
Merlin Wyllts' eyes shined as realization struck him, His Blues became a shining light as they joined together as one mass, blinding the demons, Huge weapons of light appeared in front of the shining mass, plummeting towards the demons on the ground, the Yellows attempted to defend themselves but there was no escape, and they were quickly wiped out.
"Good game!" Ra exclaimed, beaming.
Merlin too was both shocked and ecstatic at his win, returning the beaming smile.
"Let's play again sometime." The two shook hands.
Bast was the last to arrive at this time.
"Seems you've made a friend, Ra, and oh! He happens to be just as childish as you are!" Bast snorted at him.
Ra didn't care at all, he answered by wrapping Bast in his arms and introducing them.
"Uh...What is your name?
Ra was shameless.
"Oh! Sorry." He got up from the ground wiping his hands against his uniform before extending it.
Ra shook it.
"Names Merlin, Merlin Wyllt."
"And you, girl?"
The girl he was referring to was Yu Izanami, Who still sat on the ground appearing dejected.
Slightly listless she raised her head.
Bast was quick on the uptake.
"Don't take that stupid boys game too hard, I bet Ra didn't even properly explain the rules, he likely only gave you a vague hint a few seconds before you started."
"How did you know?"
"Am I right? Because he did the same thing to me two years ago." Bast shot a glare at him.
Ra rubbed the back of his head and whistled awkwardly.
He slung an arm over Merlins shoulder and was about to ask him to play again, When the representatives from The Great Elven Academy of Slayers arrived, They displayed a level of disdain and arrogance that left them feeling a bit angry in their hearts, walking with enough cockiness to rival Ra.
One of the Elves stepped ahead of the rest as they stopped, facing Ra and his group.
"Who is your leader?" He asked.
They glanced around at eachother shrugging, a few of them pushed Ra forward.
"I guess I am." he said, stepping forward while shrugging his shoulders.
"You?" The Elf leader sneered in derision.
"Me." Answered Ra simply.
"Whatever, it's not as if it matters; My name is Silvain Mist'elin, I have been chosen to lead this generation of Slayers in our expedition of the Saint Dragon Tomb, As of this moment you are all under my command, any questions?
Silvain sneered to himself but kept it hidden.
"As i thou-"
He noticed a few of them giving eachother weird looks.
Bast had her hands pressed tightly against her mouth, snickering.
Yu was looking at him with a gaze that resembled one looking at a fool.
Merlin looked on with a wide smile.
Even Natalia looked like she was about to collapse from laughter.
Meanwhile, Ra was already on the ground rolling from side to side holding his ribs, great booming laughter cracking the air and tears streaming down his face.
He made a great effort to calm himself, standing as he wiped away the tears, but upon seeing the Elven leader, once again deteriorated into fits of laughter.
Silvain stomped his foot angrily.
"Stop it! Stop laughing!" That was the final straw all of the High Humans collapsed to the ground in laughter, holding their sides so tightly it appeared that their insides would fall out if they let go, pure, raucous laughter filled the air, and tears soon formed a huge puddle on the ground.
The look on the Elves faces was one of anger, if their beautiful faces could redden they likely would have already.
They had never been so embarrassed before in their lives.
In their Great Elven cities, Who would dare laugh at them?
These Human children actually thought themselves above being ordered by them?
Bast was the first to recover, albeit still chuckling a bit, wiping away one final tear, She asked: "And what gives you the right?"
Silvain was nearly besides himself with anger, but he still answered.
"Naturally it is because we are stronger than you." he said simply, rolling his eyes.
And the Elves behind him once again puffed their chests up with pride.
The rest of them however, were stunned for a few seconds, before once again devolving into fits of laughter.
Silvains head looked as if it was about to pop, He was bright purple and his face was twisted so badly it appeared grotesque.
"Humans!" He roared.
"I challenge you!"
