章 39: 39 Day 1 @ work
Carlo Rosa was really good and diligent. Every little detail was taken cared of meticulously and efficiently. I am learning a lot but I am more interested on the choice of courier companies including their many advanced features in their services that had help them increase the reliability of courier delivery. I focussed on the "hows" of placing orders, picking courier, packing the parcel, shipping, tracking and delivery including fees and the insurance of the parcel. I also noted big courier companies that our business had been loyal to or had been patronizing frequently. Bingo! Most of our shipment are done by top 5 and the "R's COURIER SERVICE AND MORE" is on the 7th.
I studied the service offerings of R's and look for the match company who could offer more than what they can at a reasonable price. I asked for an appointment to meet the potential five companies and told them that as business partners, we continuously improve our services by keeping up to the demands of time, upgrading services and adding up innovations that could stir more clients to patronize our services and of course, a mutual business relationship of giving the best quality to clients for the benefit of each other.
The chosen 5 were at the bottom of the top 15 couriers in contract with us. I was planning to empower them and compete healthily with the top 10. I carefully crafted on beating the top 7 without jeopardizing the top 5 so as not to cause negative effects to our business. This is just the beginning.
