章 35: 100% symph
At grandpa Changs house
Angel left work early today because she needed to have a talk with grandpa Chang, and Sky tagged along.
When they arrived, they went to the living room. In the living room grandpa Chang was reading a book about the human brain. He stoped reading when, he saw them enter.
"Angel, Sky, why are you here?" asked Chang, while walking over to hug Angel.
Angel hugged back then she answered, "I came because, I needed to talk to you about something
"Sure, come sit down, then we can talk"
The sat down on the sofa. Chang looked a little worried, he then asked her, "So, what did you need to talk about?"
"I have been thinking about my parents... My mother was a symph and my father was a human, does that make me half human and half symph?"
"No, Angel. Your mother told me, that the symhs gen will dominate the human gen, and you will become 100% symph"
"I see..."
"But, tell me, why did you want to know about it?"
"Well, I told Han to find out were the symphs village is, but it seems like he still didn't find it"
"And why do you want to find it"
"Well.. my mother wrote about the darkness coming. I thought if I knew anything about the darkness that would come, I would know why mother was worried"
"I see, so if you know where the village is, you can go there by yourself and maybe get some clues"
"Yeah.."
"Angel, don't worry, I will protect you" said Sky with a sense of loyalty in her tone.
"I know Sky, but I just have a felling that whatever my mother was worried about, it must be something really bad"
"Okay, then let me see if I can help Han" Sky rose from the sofa, but before she could leave Angel stopped her.
"Wait.. we have to eat dinner with Lees parents"
"I don't like socialising" she answered and left.

At Angels apartment
Angel had just talked with Lee on the phone, she told him about the dinner plan. They had agreed to meet at her apartment, so she went to take a bath first and change her clothing.
"Angel?" Lee just arrived and began to search for Angel.
"Yes" She walked out of her room, her hair was still wet and she was wearing a towel around her body.
"Wow.. you look so sexy"
Lee walked over to her and hugged her body tight and gave her a soft kiss on her lips.
She looked at him with a sweet smile and said, "Lee, I'm wearing a towel"
"I know... but you are naked under that towel" he smirked.
"And we don't have time, so go change"
"Can we just stay and have dinner with my parents an other time?"
"No, that would be rude"
"But.."
"Lee.." Angel looked at him with a serious expression
"Okay, fine.. "

At the Shay families house
Lee and Angel just arrived to Lees parents house. Lee was wearing a white t-shirts and black jeans, while Angel was wearing a simple white V-neck dress. Even though the clothing was simple, they both looked amazing.
When the walked in, a waitress welcomed them. The villa was big and luxurious, but in a nice and warm kind a way.
"Angel, my dear you are here" said Mrs. Shay, while she walked over to them and gave her a big hug.
"Mother, thank you for the invitation, but Sky couldn't be here with us, she had some work to do, I hope it's okay?"
"It's fine.. come with me" she took Angels hand and walked away with her.
Lee felt overlooked while he saw the to figures walking away from him, therefore he walked after them into the living room.
In the living room, Angel was sitting with his parents. They were talking happily with each other, then Lees uncle came in.
"Uncle Liam?"
"Lee, long time no see, how are you?"
"I'm good, and you?"
"I'm good too" he smilede to him.
"Ahh Angel, come and meet my brother Liam" Said Mr. Shay.They all rose from the sofa and went to greed Uncle Liam.
Angel gave a sweet smile and shook hands with him, while looking in his eyes.
Uncle Liams past:
"NOOO, stop it honey... Why are you doing this?!?"
"BI*CH SHUT UP"
Uncle Liam was hitting his 4 years old daughter until she stopped crying. Liams wife, ran over to her and began to check her puls.
"S-she is de-dead... HOW COULD YOU DO THAT??" the wife was crying and screaming at her husband, until her husband began to yell back at her.
"She is not my daughter and you a just a bi*ch, but don't worry, you will see her again" He yelled and began to hit her too, until she died to beside her daughter.
Back to present.
Angel looked at Uncle Liam with hatred and disgusted in her eyes, before taking her hand away from his, even her smile was gone. She walked over to Lee and stood beside him, without saying anything.
Her reacting was weird for them, but no one said anything, instead they walked over to the dining table and began to eat.
They were eating the food, with an awkward silent until Mr. Shay spoke up.
"So Angel how is work?"
"It's good nothing new" Angel was still a little distant.
Mr. Shay overlooked her tone, thinking she could be shy, meting an other family member and said "I see thats good... Liam, Angel was the one who saved me, she is the best doctor in the world"
"Yes, I know.. I have heard a lot about her"
"Mr. Shay I don't know if I'm the best doctor in the world, but thank you"
"Yes you are, and I remember, I read that you cured a older man, who had lung cancer.. impressive"
Angels face grew a smile"It was difficult, but why do you seem so interested in my work, Mr. Shay?" She asked looking a him with a knowing facial expression. She could guess what they wanted, but she wanted them to confirm.
"Ah, you see.. Liam has lung cancer and I thought that you maybe could have a look at him?"
"I see.. so this is what the dinner is about? Not about Lee and me?" She asked a little annoyed.
No one answered. Angel sighed and stood up, she looked at Lee. He knew that she wanted to have a talk with him, so he stood up, they both walked away.
Lee took Angel to one of the quest rooms and closed the door. Angel walked over to the bed and sat down. She sighed, then she looked at Lee.
"Lee.. Tell me, what happened to your Uncles wife and daughter?"
"Oh well... They got murdered by their driver" he answered and sat down on the bed beside her.
"Really?"
"Yeah... But why? Did you see something?"
"Yes.. I saw him killing them. Thats why I'm not going to be his doctor" She said with a serious tone.
Lee was shocked, he couldn't understand what he just heard. His uncle killed his cousin and aunt, but why?
"Are you sure?" He asked, not understanding that his uncle could do something like that.
"You don't believe me?"
"I do, it's just... I-I don't understand why?"
"I see.."
She hugged him and there was a silent for some minutes, until she spoke.
"Lee, what do you want me to do?"
Lee sighed, "I think we should tell me parents about it first"
