章 8: Jumping to Spirit Rank
The ladies that were with him immediately came to his aid and picked him.
They took him and ran away from the eating area.
The people who just witnessed this were quite excited and scared at seeing the power shown by Sam.
Sam didn't wanna stay under the spotlight for too long so he decided to eat quickly then return to his room to see the rest of the requirements that he needed reach to be able to use the skill that he bought before.
10 minutes later
Sam currently was inside his room and was looking at the second requirement for the skill.
Which was even harder to do, the thing that it required was not hard thing but the place the thing grew at was currently impossible for him to go to.
The book was asking him to get an ice elemental herb, which only grew on the tallest mountain in this world.
The mountain was at least 70k M, and the herb only grew at the peak area of this place where most ice based beast lived at and since we are talking about the peak of the mountain it meant any beast that could stay there could hold there breath for longer than a few years and only had to go down a few times a decade to nourish their organ with fresh resource of oxygen.
Only the best at the at the highest rank in the spirit realm could climb the mountain and stay there for a few minutes and had to come down, for the beasts that could hold there breath for more than a few years it meant that they were at least at Transcendent Rank.
Sam stopped looking at the book for a minute and decided it was time for him to start doing some serious training before he could step out on his journey to do the first mission but before he closed the book he looked at the last mission.
And the moment he did he saw the hardest mission possible out of the 2 missions.
The last mission was asking him to go to an island called death island and collect the bones of the death dragon.
This island that was mentioned in the mission is basically in a no man's land, this place was filled with creatures with extreme power and an unimaginable thirst for getting stronger.
Sam put the last mission in the back of his mind and started to focus all his power on cultivating as that would be the only thing important for him right now.
He did not care about showing off his power in front of the sect, mostly because firstly it was pretty stupid for him to do that as he would be wasting his time for no reason and secondly the sect won't be focusing on him currently all cause his cultivation was too low.
So the only thing he could think of currently was to reserve a high-rank cultivation room for 5 months and spend that five months in cultivation to reach gold rank then come out to go and start his 3 missions.
He went to the cultivation rooms and went to the higher level where the best of the cultivation rooms were at and gave all his gold which allowed him to stay inside it for 5 month.
And without any hesitation he started his cultivation, he wasn't bothered by the fact that cultivating to fast might hurt his foundation as he had previously put 5 month into solidifying his foundation to the point he won't even feel a change if he broke 5 ranks.
Slowly the time inside the cultivation room passed, 4 months passed and now Sam suddenly stopped cultivating as he had suddenly reached 100k points the next booster box that he could buy was 100k.
He immediately opened the box without any hesitation.
For some reason he had been lucky in all his openings and this time he received the best booster he could gain.
The new Booster was called [**Jack of all Traits**]
It had a stupid 50 times to all his stats.

Currently Sam was at silver rank stage 6 and his power was at the 5th stage of gold rank but now with this boost his power jumped straight to spirit rank.
And now with his new found talent Sam was sure to be able to reach spirit rank in one month.
A villainous laugh came out of Sam's mouth before he started to calm down and started to cultivate again.
His cultivation speed was way faster than before and now he was calmly cultivating.
Days passed until his time was up and Sam was ready to come out of the cultivation.
He previously had mistakenly said he would reach spirit rank but now he was at spirit rank stage 5.
With the booster, it put his power at the fifth stage of bronze spirit rank. He also gained 70k points from the break throughs.
Sam came out of the cultivation room and immediately flew up in the sky to feel his new found power, looking through the sky he saw the peaks inside the core area of the sect.
Suddenly in the core area, a grand elder felt a huge spirit rank cultivators energy signature appear.
Before even giving any of the other elders even a chance he masked the trace of the qi and immediately went to the source of the energy.
The elder appeared in front of Sam and immediately fell to his knees, why? Cause the elder that came here was the elder that promoted Sam into an inner student.
Sam looked at the elder and said:"hello elder we meet again".
The elder looked at Sam with his mouth open and said:"how, how did you jump from a copper rank to a spirit rank just in a few months".
