章 59: New Perks
Early morning, Haruto did his usual training but this time he focused on arranging his skills and styles while also doing experiments with utilizing ki techniques. He remembered a lot of character back from Dragon Ball and wondered if he could do other character's techniques too.
The result was yes he could. It needed some practices to use the technique but it was not as hard as he think. He tried to use Vegeta's and fire a Galick Gun but it still need some more work on. Haruto thought if he could mastered various Vegeta's techniques and attacks he could combine them with Goku's and used Gogeta or Vegito's famous fusion attacks so he was extremely excited for it.
Ki could be use for various purposes and not restricted for attacking only. Just take a look at Master Roshi for example. He's using bizzare skills like converting his ki into lightning blast-like attack that shock his opponents in electrical field or doing something like hypnosis technique even to the sealing technique Evil Containment Wave.
In any case Haruto's sense of fighting and knowledge needed to go back to old school.
He finished up his training and went upstairs to take a bath. After this he planned to visit the guild for receiving his rank up.
Wearing his black and orange gi along with his white gloves and boots, he went back downstairs to the living room and found the other girls there so he greeted them and they greeted him back.
"Hey Rikka do you want to register to the guild and go there with me?" He asked.
"Guild? Oh, it's the current job you take in this world? ....Adventurer is it? I guess I'll register too but I want to wait for Asami-san to wake up first and register together instead. It will be kind of annoying to do it one by one right?"
"I don't particularly think it was annoying but if you say so. Still, I think it's not a waste if you come with me at least. If you're unfamiliar with how the guild and adventurer works it's your chance to check it out."
"Hmmm that's true. Then I'll go with you." Rikka nodded.
"If it's that then I'll also come along milord." Selianna slipped in.
"Huh? Why?" Haruto asked, confused.
"I'm also going to be an adventurer after all."
"No, you're still considered as a knight until we fulfilled Zelrigth request.... though he allowed me to bring you along if I needed to travel around, he said it was similar to borrowing you."
"Fumu, it's just going to happen sooner or later anyway so there's no problem. I can start studying how to work as an adventurer in the mean time with Rikka-ojousama."
"I told you to just call me Rikka, Selianna-san....." Rikka said exasperated but Selianna shook her head.
"You're the lover of my lord so that naturally makes you my mistress" She stated with eyes full of conviction but that made Haruto groaned and Rikka went "Uuu..." both of them out of embarrassment.
The other girls pouted seeing them making a pinkish atmosphere again so they forced themselves to get on the conversation.
And so he spent a lively morning before departing to the guild with Rikka and Selianna. The other girls will stayed and watched the house.
Hmm, if his fellow otaku friends back in Japan knew about his current life he was sure they would chase him with a knife on their hands while glaring with murderous eyes even scarier than Rikka. Fortunately none of them were here hehe.

"Here's your updated card, Haruto-san." Rayne handed over the now red colored guild card to Haruto.
"Uwa~ so this is a guild card..." Rikka looked impressed.
"Umu, milord now is one of the high ranking adventurers. And he reached that in just two months, the number of people capable of doing the same can only be counted with one hand. As expected of milord." Selianna nodded and smiled.
"Yes. That's why even the guild master was very impressed too." Rayne added.
"Guild master huh, the leader of the main branch here? I wonder how they look like...." Haruto was saying without much thought but for some reason Rayne's body jolted as if she heard something re~ally bad about it.
"Haruto-san, the guild master is not a person that easy to meet. She's a ve~ry busy woman, got it?" She said with a strange agitation.
"Hmm? The guild master is a woman?" Haruto raised his eyebrows.
At this moment Rayne went "Oh crap!" and shut her mouth while cursing herself in her mind. Her intent of saying had backfired. She was afraid this will trigger a strange flag between him and the guild master. For some reason she had a feeling that her guild master will fall into his poisonous fang too if they met. It was all the more so when she saw the famous cold knight Selianna was acting like a devoted mistress to him.
"O-Okay, it's enough about that. Now I will explain about the new perks of reaching the high ranking adventurers category." She forced to change the topic and succeeded because Haruto and the others focused their attention immediately.
"I heard about it before from Selianna and the letter but in the end what kind of perks are they?" Haruto asked.
"There are two new perks, the first one is you're allowed to join or make your own Clan."
"Clan? What's the different with party group?" He asked further.
"It's different. A Clan was formed to make your own "mini organization" where you will receive request from various parties directly or through us and raised your prestige. You and your members will share the achievements together."
"Hmm, well I'm quite familiar with that." He played many online games and the likes so naturally he knew about such things. In conclusion, Clan was the higher and formal form of creating a group.
"There's a limit of thirty members for each Clan so make sure not to let just anyone join easily. Quitting a Clan can be troublesome after all. If the Clan Master did not give their approval then you have to give a valid reason to leave the Clan to us. The same also went to the clan members that if they refused to be kicked and the Clan Master did not have a valid reason to, the kicking procedure will be invalid. This is to prevent the Clan Master from abusing their authority."
"Is that so... so what's the other perk?"
"The other perk is...."
Rayne seemed troubled of having to inform him this but this was part of her job and Haruto deserved to know too so she sighed deeply and told him.
"You have right to enter Tartarus, or also known as the Tower of Demise."
"Tartarus?"
Another famous term back on earth, Haruto thought but what could it mean in this world?
"It was the highest ranking and most dangerous dungeon in the whole world." Rayne said.
"...Hmm, so it's a dungeon in the end?" Haruto almost sounded disappointed because such thing was very normal. But having to challenge the highest ranking dungeon seemed interesting too.
"Yes, and no."
"What?"
What did she mean by that?
"Yes because it is a labyrinth full of monsters and no because it's completely different from other dungeons."

So Rayne explained about what kind of place Tartarus was.
